Research On Enterprise Comprehensive Budget Management Based On Cloud Accounting

With the continuous expansion of enterprise scale and the increasing economic business,the problems of traditional comprehensive budget management are increasingly obvious,such as lack of strategic orientation,poor information communication,etc.It is difficult to meet the needs of enterprise development in the new era.Cloud accounting with its advantages of low cost,high efficiency,easy maintenance and scalability,has become a new choice for most enterprises to deal with financial accounting work.The combination of cloud accounting with comprehensive budget management can give full play to the advantages of cloud accounting and solve the current problems existing in comprehensive budget management,so as to improve the budget management level of enterprises.The research will make sense theoretically and practically.This thesis studies the comprehensive enterprise budget management based on cloud accounting through literature research method,case analysis method and comparative analysis method.Firstly,on the basis of theoretical research on cloud accounting and comprehensive budget management,the thesis makes an overall analysis of the implementation status of comprehensive budget management based on cloud accounting from three aspects — the implementation of comprehensive budget management,product development and enterprise application.It finds that problems occur during the application of this mode in enterprises such as low degree of informatization,low integration of cloud accounting and comprehensive budget management.Then,a case study is carried out for the research problem.By studying the construction process of the cloud accounting comprehensive budget management model of Meihua Group and comparing it with the original model,it finds that after the introduction of this model,the Meihua Group has improved the budget management organizational structure and budget process,formed a target decomposition mechanism based on the group’s strategically oriented,and improved the efficiency of budget management and daily work.After comparing with the ideal model of comprehensive budget management based on cloud accounting,it is found that Meihua Group still has problems such as the lack of initiative in the budget control mechanism,the insufficient budget analysis and early warning mechanism,and the scientific budget assessment needs to be improved.Finally,through theoretical analysis,overall analysis and case analysis,the study finds that the comprehensive budget management based on cloud accounting is not widely used in enterprise applications,the integration of comprehensive budget management and information technology is not enough,the infrastructure needs to be improved,and the budget management process is flawed.By analyzing the causes of these problems and comparing the ideal mode of comprehensive budget management based on cloud accounting,the thesis proposes to raise the emphasis on cloud accounting,improve the level of enterprise informatization,strengthen the protection of enterprise information security,establish a rolling budget preparation mechanism,and introduce and cultivate budgets management staff with comprehensive skills.This study summarizes and optimizes the application and promotion of comprehensive budget management based on cloud accounting,which can enrich the relevant literature of comprehensive budget management research based on cloud accounting,and help to improve the breadth and depth of the application of the mode in enterprises.
