With the continuous development of modern science and technology,the application of gears is more and more extensive.At the same time,the requirements for the manufacturing accuracy of gears are more and more high,especially in the application of high-end equipment.Gear hobbing machine is the most widely used gear making machine in gear processing machine.To improve the machining accuracy of gear hobbing machine will be conducive to the rapid development of high-end gear machine products and technologies with independent intellectual property rights in China.Because the accuracy and stability of the transmission system of the gear hobbing machine will directly affect the machining accuracy of the machine tool,scholars at home and abroad have also increased the research on the transmission error of the transmission system of the gear hobbing machine,and the error test and optimization design of the transmission chain of the machine tool will become an urgent technical bottle neck problem to be solved.In view of this,this paper mainly according to the theory of gear transmission error,aiming at the precision mechanical transmission device of gear hobbing machine,puts forward the mathematical model of transmission error of gear hobbing machine,builds the transmission error detection platform for gear hobbing machine,and carries out transmission error measurement and fault traceability diagnosis experiment.According to the meshing theory of double freedom gear,the simulation model of gear hobbing is established.The measured transmission error is substituted into the model to simulate the end profile of spur gear.The error of tooth profile and pitch is calculated by the simulation of the end profile of gear,which can quantify the impact of transmission error on the accuracy of gear machining.Therefore,this paper mainly includes the following four aspects of research content:Firstly,according to the relevant theory of gear transmission error,the source and main influencing factors of transmission error in gear transmission system are analyzed.Then,taking the transmission system of gear hobbing machine as the research object,the mathematical model of transmission error of gear hobbing machine is established,and the advantages and disadvantages of several transmission error measurement methods and detection methods are compared and analyzed,and a measurement method suitable for transmission error of gear hobbing machine is selected.Secondly,with the circular grating encoder as the measurement tool,the hob spindle as the high-speed end,and the workbench as the low-speed end,the transmission error in place detection platform scheme is designed.The detection system mainly includes the construction of software and hardware system,and the hardware part mainly includes the selection of rotary grating encoder,the debugging of mechanical interface and the selection of data acquisition system.The software part uses LabVIEW image programming language to collect and analyze error signals.The program mainly includes the functions of parameter setting,data collection,data display and storage,data analysis.Thirdly,to carry out specific analysis on some models of transmission error of gear hobbing machine,will be collected the transmission error of original signal through the fast Fourier transform and digital filtering of the transmission error spectrum diagram,and establish measurement of transmission error of gear hobbing machine with above the gears of the mathematical model to calculate the harmonic frequency,this paper compares and analyzes can accurate diagnosis and roots affect the source of this type of transmission error of gear hobbing machine.Finally,according to the principle of gear hobbing,the numerical simulation of gear hobbing process is carried out,the gear coordinate system of gear hobbing is established and the coordinate transformation is carried out,the theoretical meshing tooth surface of gear hobbing is obtained,and then the transmission error is considered in the simulation of gear hobbing,the mapping relationship between the position deviation of hob and workpiece and the gear contour is obtained,and the position deviation caused by the transmission error is also analyzed Mapping to the normal error in the gear profile,we can get the simulated actual gear profile,analyze the actual gear profile error,and quantify the influence of the transmission error of the gear hobbing machine on the gear accuracy.
