In order to adapt to the development trend of prefabricated buildings,especially the rapid increase in the demand for wood and bamboo structures,it is expected to use the means of manufacturing to implement to large-scale factory production on a larger scale,making on-site assembly more convenient and quicker.As an important design content in wood and bamboo structure,the connecting piece is a key factor to reflect efficiency and quality.Therefore,It has a certain application value of improving the existing wood and bamboo structure connection methods,solving the problem of existing wood structure on-site assembly time is long,high technical requirements for workers,uneven force on the connection members,and large damage to the components.Based on the above foundation,the subject is designed and analyzed by means of experiments,theoretical analysis and finite element methodThis paper mainly studies the following contentsFirstly,The research status of wooden structural connectors and connection performance at domestic and abroad is summarizedSecondly,The screw and nail holding force test for the structural laminated material was carried out.The results showed that when screwing in the screws,the screw strength of the three laminated lumbers is greater than that of the round nails,and the screw strength of the board surface is greater than that of the board edge.With the increase of the diameter of the round nails,the nail holding force of the three kinds of laminated wood increases accordingly.Thirdly,the mechanical mechanism of connecting members is analyzed.It is concluded that the force in the downward direction will cause serious damage to the connected nodesFourthly,Determined the design of the connector,completed the processing and production of the connectors.Perform static stress analysis and finite element simulation of the connection.The test results show that the stresses on the connector are evenly distributed,and the maximum displacement and maximum strain of the connect are also in a small range,and the influence on the connector can be ignoredFinally,Static load failure test of "T" member was carried out.The results showed that the static load value of a single screw of "L" shaped connector is 1.921 kN,the static load value of a single screw of "Z" shaped connector is 2.153 kN;the static load value of a single screw of interlocking connector is 0.589 kN,The load values are greater than the old connections,Besides,the main research results are summarized and the outlook for further work is proposed.
