With continuous and deep researches on the fabricated house in our country,the prefabricated concrete sandwich thermal insulation wall has been widely used in the construction industry.The connector is an important embedded part connecting the interior and exterior wall in the sandwich wall,whose mechanical property is an important factor that influences the whole structural stability.Relying on China's 13 th Five-Year sub-project,this thesis mainly analyzes the tensile property of the FRP connector.It can be concluded as follows:(1)The maximum tensile force value of the concrete test block used in the experiment is in direct proportion to the maintenance time of concrete.The maximum tensile force value of maintaining 7d is less than that of 14 d and 28 d.(2)The concrete test block in the experiment is broken because the concrete cracks until it totally has no constraint to the connectors.The concrete cracking part mainly appears at the embedded part of the connecter,about 4cm from the insulation surface.(3)The maximum tensile force value of concrete test block is about 28.6KN,meanwhile,the relative displacement of the connector reaches the maximum value.(4)The deformation by force of the connector is in direct proportion to its exerted tensile.In this experiment,it can be maximumly elongated to almost 0.57 mm.(5)It may be a big influence on the experiment that whether the connector is vertical to the steel rod.
