The higher the temperature of the finished urea product is,the lower the strength of the finished product will be.In the process of transportation and packaging,the dust will be generated more easily.The contact between the temperature of the finished urea product and the water vapor will form a lump,which proves that the temperature of the finished urea product is proportional to the degree of agglomeration.In the traditional cooling process of urea finished products,the temperature of finished products is cooled by controlling the air intake and heat removal,but a large amount of dust is generated,which lacks effective control in dust recovery and prevention of agglomeration.The material temperature and agglomeration vibration are mainly controlled by manual operation.There is a big difference in the manual operation,in the material control stability and material anti-agglomeration effect is not obvious.Therefore,the research on the design and implementation of urea cooling control system has important industrial application value.In this paper,based on the development status and realization degree of automation of urea cooling control system,an automatic operation control scheme of urea cooling control system is presented.The design structure of the system is defined as s7-300 PLC local control unit and Zhejiang university ECS700 remote control system.Completed the design of flow chart module,data module,alarm module,parameter adjustment and historical trend module,combined with the material flow cooling water and material temperature heat exchange loop,bucket elevator double closed loop dc speed control;Safety interlock cutting control of cooling-water flow divider;Dry air flow control logic control of the vibrator anti-stutter control,the realization of the process of automatic regulation function,signal acquisition and processing,safety interlock and other functions.Experimental results show that in the S7-300 PLC on the control unit and Zhejiang university central ECS700 remote control system as urea product cooling control of the control unit,using equipment chain,PID loop,sequence control,process control methods,such as the material flow,cooling water flow,dry air flow control,realize the urea product standard particles reach below 55℃,to cool the urea product control system provide a new solution.Through the analysis results,the design scheme can overcome the field environment,greatly improve the production efficiency and enhance the stability and safety of process control.
