| In recent years, the economic development of Tangshan city, which is supported by heavy industries such as iron and steel, energy and chemical industry, has presented a downward trend. In addition, the steel and coal industries are under increasing pressure to reduce production capacity and control air pollution. The contradiction between economic development and environmental protection in Tangshan city is very prominent. The central and local governments have issued a series of economic and environmental policies to regulate and control the coordinated development of economy and atmospheric environment. However, the impact of the implementation of relevant policies on economic development and environmental improvement and the feasibility of policy objectives have not been proved.Taking Tangshan city as the research object, this study comprehensively considered the three systems of economy, environment and energy from the perspective of system, and comprehensively evaluated the level of economic development and the degree of environmental improvement. On the theoretical basis of system dynamics,input-output theory and econometrics, this study compiled the input-output table of Tangshan city in 2016,constructed the comprehensive evaluation model of air pollution prevention and control policies of Tangshan city, and used LINGO programming language for dynamic simulation of economic development and environmental improvement of Tangshan city.Firstly,it quantitatively predicts whether the established economic development and environmental improvement goals of Tangshan city can be achieved.Secondly,it analyzes the economic development trend, industrial structure adjustment and environmental improvement degree of Tangshan city from 2016 to 2020 under different policy objectives.Based on the evaluation of the implementation effect of established policies, this paper provides a basis for formulating reasonable economic and environmental improvement policies, explores the sustainable development patih of Tangshan city, and provides a reference for the economic transformation and upgrading of heavy industrial cities and the sustainable development of resources and environment. |
