| At present,China’s petroleum industry actively promotes the integration of informationization and digitalization in the petroleum industry.Both CNPC and PetroChina Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company have proposed the goal of digital construction of oil and gas fields.The Southwest Oil and Gas Field Branch plans to fully cover the digital production management of the subordinate operating areas within five years.Due to insufficient investment in the early stage of information construction in the X zone,the current information production level is generally backward.Therefore,based on the analysis of the research status of oil and gas field production dispatch management informationization at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the status quo of natural gas production dispatch management information in X zone,and combines the production scheduling management informationization construction demand and the group company information construction plan.Throughout the whole process,the X zone production scheduling information system reconstruction project was designed and implemented in detail,and the following research results were obtained:(1)Detailed analysis and research on the basic process of natural gas production dispatch management and the status quo of production dispatch management information in X zone,combined with the informationization demand of natural gas production dispatch management business in X zone,production scheduling of X zone The management information construction content and construction goals have been decomposed and integrated;(2)According to the information construction status of the X zone and the informationization function requirements in the natural gas production dispatch management process of the X zone,the construction scope,construction content and construction plan of the specific station,central station and regional center are determined.Through the construction of communication network in the X zone,data storage construction,station/well reconstruction,production information real-time monitoring system and regional control center construction,automatic acquisition of production data of the station/well in the X zone,real-time detection of key data,production On-site real-time monitoring,automatic intrusion automatic alarm,remote truncation control,centralized control and management of regional control center,etc.,greatly improve the informationization scope and informationization degree of production scheduling in the X zone;(3)Based on the project management perspective,comprehensively evaluate the implementation of the information technology construction plan for the natural gas production dispatch management in the X zone from the project use technology and project management,and formulate countermeasures according to the possible risks to ensure the information construction of the X zone.The project was successfully completed.(4)A detailed evaluation of the application benefits after the completion of the production scheduling management information system in the X zone.After the informatization construction,all production stations/wells in the X zone have been equipped with automated production equipment.The full coverage of digital production;the newly built regional control center RCC can monitor the production site in real time,with automatic warning and alarm functions,and improve the safe production capacity of the X zone;the newly deployed production information real-time monitoring system has data aggregation and intelligent analysis functions.It can provide rich data support for the production area scheduling management strategy to ensure the correctness and timeliness of the scheduling strategy. |
