When the gas well produces water,The infiltrating fluid resistance and the total energy loss of gas-liquid two-phase tube flow are increased.As the impact of water encroachment increases and the production is carried out in Su K area of Sulige gas field,the energy of the gas reservoir decreases and the gas well is gradually changed from the normal production well to the intermittent production well.In order to ensure the normal gas recovery of the effluent gas well,drainage gas is needed.At present,many kinds of drainage technology have been formed at home and abroad,Due to the characteristics and application of single drainage gas reovery technology and composite drainage technology,To find out the drainage technology suitable for Su K area,It must be established on the basis of fully understanding the geological and gas reservoir engineering characteristics of the gas field.Such as reservoir characteristics,characteristics of gas and water relations,dynamic characteristics of gas and water development,water invasion characteristics and residual gas distribution,etc.Paper analyzes the strata and geological situation from the geological characteristics and development and production characteristics,such as gas reservoir pressure,temperature,fluid properties,capacity and other characteristics,and summed up the gas well capacity and regularities of distribution of water-producing gas well,and on the basis of classifying effusion hole of gas effusion,provide direction for foam drainage gas recovery technology to carry out.In the study of the conditions of the gas well,the fluid mechanism of the gas well and the conditions in foam drainage agent existing liquid carrying capacity,it is shown that the change data of gas surface tension and liquid phase density were obtained after the mixing of sp-7 and sp-10 effervescent agents used in the Su k area.In addition,it is concluded that in the current pressure state of about 2.5Mpa,the water-producing gas wells in the Su k area carry out foam drainage technology to achieve continuous liquid loading production.The critical production value and critical fluid carrying flow value of gas wells should be possessed,providing a basis for further research on the application of foam drainage gas extraction.By measuring the physical and chemical parameters of 11 kinds of foam effluent,two kinds of foaming agents with excellent performance of sp-7 and sp-10 were screened out.In addition,the indoor experiments show that the two foaming agents have good foaming ability,carrying capacity and compatibility with the water produced in the area,and are more suitable for the foam drainage agent used in the current area.Finally,through optimization and application effect analysis,it is proved that the foam drainage gas recovery technology has achieved obvious effect of increasing production and stabilizing production in Su K area.The paper is also aimed at the impact of high use of the foam water supply and the result of the waste foam that has been used in the process of the gas compressor unit,and thedifficulty of the back-end separation of the oil and the water,and it has been done with the technology of the elimination,and it has been successfully used.On the basis of analysis and demonstration,the paper conducts systematic laboratory research and field application test,and completes the research of providing a reasonable and feasible technical scheme for the production of foam drainage gas in Su K area.
