Supervising companies mainly supervise the progress and quality of petroleum engineering.Although the production of products is different from the general manufacturing enterprises,the informational construction of supervision enterprises has become increasingly mature with the development of computers,networks,storage and communication technologies.The traditional supervision mode leads to information isolated island,which cannot be competent for the task of scientific management of a large number of rapidly growing supervisory information with various types and sources.Only the modern management of data,information and knowledge can make the information system of the supervision enterprise run well and maximize the value of resources.New theories and methods are needed to solve the complexity of system interface and the semantic heterogeneity and knowledge transfer confusion of information exchange in the Excel-based reporting system of a domestic petroleum supervision enterprise due to the continuous changes of developers,operating platforms and service objects.Ontology,as an ancient Greek philosophical knowledge processing method,uses semantic network to represent knowledge.The theory and technology of ontology are applied to the field of petroleum engineering supervision to describe the entity and transform the knowledge,and the supervision information management system is designed and developed.The concept of ontology and the specific application in computer science are analyzed.The ways of establishing ontology are verified by experiments and the "evaluation seven-step method" is designed.The domain ontology of supervision information management is established by using the ontology construction tool protégé.The mapping method from the established ontology to the database schema of supervision system is proposed.The mapping from ontology model to database model is implemented with Jena.The ontology preconditioning method based on minimum spanning tree when dealing with heterogeneous problems by ontology mapping method is proposed and verified.In order to meet the actual needs of the supervision information management system,the supervision system architecture is established by using the method of supervision domain ontology,and the functional modules such as personnel dynamics management,project management,project settlement and file management are designed.The database structure of the system is established by combining the paradigm of software engineering,and the rapid prototyping method is adopted to develop iteratively.Testing and verification of the system are performed.The functional test and performance test are carried out according to the actual working conditions,mainly for the two indicators of throughput rate and processing request time with satisfactory results.
