In the national emission reduction work,manufacturing enterprises play an important role,and the low carbonization of the product manufacturing process is an important way to achieve emission reduction of manufacturing enterprises.In order to effectively reduce the carbon emissions of enterprises and achieve the goal of low carbon production in manufacturing enterprises,it is particularly important to study the carbon footprint of products.In recent years,more and more researchers have participated in the research of product carbon footprint.They mainly establish low carbon emission models and conduct carbon footprint research from the perspectives of low carbon design,low carbon manufacturing and low carbon supply chain.There is little research on the conceptual model of product carbon footprint.Through the research on the carbon footprint of domestic and foreign products and the mapping of manufacturing enterprise ontology and ontology,this paper points out some shortcomings in the research of current product carbon footprint,and puts forward the research ideas of constructing the product carbon footprint ontology library.The ontology mapping technology is used to realize the unified carbon footprint concept of each information system of the enterprise,which lays a foundation for carbon footprint analysis and research.The main works of this paper are as follows:(1)Analyzing the related technology of product carbon footprint ontology.Firstly,the definition and function of product carbon footprint ontology are analyzed.Secondly,through the comparison of commonly used ontology description language,construction methods and tools,the technical tools suitable for product carbon footprint research are selected.Finally,the system framework of product carbon footprint is proposed.(2)Considering the advantages of the seven-step method to construct the ontology,a life-oriented product carbon footprint ontology construction method is proposed.Firstly,using the proposed ontology construction method,the product carbon footprint ontology library is established,which solves the problem of concept fragmentation in the field of product carbon footprint.Secondly,the data format conversion technology is used to diversify the data format of each information system of the enterprise.The processing axis XML file of the SH enterprise workshop is converted into OWL file,and the local body of the machining axis carbon footprint is established.Finally,a product carbon footprint model was established by calculating the carbon footprint of the four stages of raw materials,manufacturing,transportation,sales and use in stages.(3)Analyzing the kind of ontology mapping method,and an improved ontology mapping method based on similarity calculation is proposed.This method calculates the similarity by four aspects: concept definition,attribute,instance and structure,and obtains the concept similarity by comprehensive weighting.According to the product carbon footprint ontology mapping process,this mapping method is applied to the product carbon footprint ontology library and the processing axis local ontology,and the mapping method is quantitatively analyzed.(4)In order to achieve the goal of unified management of manufacturing enterprise information system data and product carbon footprint data.Combined with the application examples and the product carbon footprint ontology library and the proposed ontology mapping method established in this paper,the carbon footprint system of manufacturing enterprise products was designed and developed.The system has the functions of importing product data,generating local body of carbon footprint,performing mapping between ontology,ontology management and carbon footprint analysis.
