With the rapid development of information technology and the call of “Internet +” in China,efficient Internet management technology has also rapidly integrated into the oil production industry,accelerating the development of “Digital Oil Field”.The oil well pipeline corrosion monitoring system is a management system designed for oil storage and transportation supervision enterprises for oil and gas pipeline corrosion monitoring data.It can not only visualize the oil wells,pipelines,stations and monitoring points in the pipeline network to online.On the map,the corrosion of the pipeline can be monitored remotely,and the corrosion data of the pipeline can be correlated,the corrosion rate can be calculated,the residual life of the pipeline can be predicted by the algorithm,and the allowable stress of the pipeline can be used to evaluate the corrosion defects.The system is based on B/S architecture development,data storage application SQL Server 2008 R2,using ASP.NET and C# combined mode as the front and back development language,deployed on the IIS server through the Windows platform,rich in functions,stable platform,effective Promote safe and stable production of enterprises.This paper first studies the relevant background of the subject and the status quo at home and abroad,finds and points out the shortcomings of the traditional working methods,and affirms the necessity and significance of developing the system.Then go to the enterprise to conduct on-the-spot investigation on the pipeline corrosion monitoring work process,understand the actual needs of their work,analyze the requirements of the system from multiple angles,and design the system from the aspects of system logic,workflow and functional structure.On this basis,the system database and each functional module are designed in detail,including corrosion monitoring management module,communication management module,equipment management module,retrieval statistics module and system background management module.Corrosion monitoring management is the core module of the whole system.Users can view the running status of the established network through online maps,or expand the business and synchronize to the online map.The supervisors will develop monitoring tasks and send them to various monitoring areas.The monitors will Responsible for collecting the corrosion data of the pipeline equipment in the area,and finally analyzing and processing the monitoring data to generate statistical charts and monitoring reports,and applying the Pageoffice plug-in to integrate the online office function,the user can edit and view the report documents online.Secondly,the paper elaborates on the key technologies and difficulties involved in the topic,including the research on corrosion pipeline safety evaluation algorithm,the network network entity map synchronization visualization technology and the server-side interception chart picture technology.Finally,the system is functionally tested in conjunction with the test cases,and the real user environment is simulated to test the performance of the system.At present,the oil well pipeline corrosion monitoring system has been developed and tested and is in actual use.The system has complete functions,good interaction performance and simple operation,which brings convenience to the enterprise staff.
