| “The Belt and Road” is a major strategy about national development.“The Silk Road” on land goes through many oil-rich countries in the middle east,which means energy strategy is an important part of “the Belt and Road”.Oil transmission mainly relies on pipeline,so under the premise of completing transmission task as plan and safely,research on operation optimization technology of oil pipelines is important.In terms of operation optimization of hot oil pipeline,senior scholars have done many researches and achieved a lot of results,including pipeline mathematical model,oil temperature and pressure calculation formula,object function of oil transmission energy consumption and its solution methods and so on.But these studies mainly focus on offline optimization,optimization scheme is not satisfactory.So aiming at the shortcomings of offline optimization,this paper mainly makes a study of the pipeline online optimization.Taking Rizhao-Yizheng hot oil pipeline as research object,main work is as follow:1.According to Big Data Thought,this paper establishes a pipeline forcast model using neural network based on a large amount of historical data from SCADA.Instead of traditional pipeline mathematical model,this forcast model can be used to calculate oil temperature and pressure to solve energy consumption object function to get optimization scheme.So it can make the scheme more accurate and useful.2.This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the pipeline offline optimization.Aiming at these problems,this paper proposes the goals and strategies of online optimization and gives a detailed description of how to implement them.3.Based on online optimization strategies,this paper proposes the architecture of online optimization software and uses MATLAB to complete the user interface of software to achieve its main features according to online optimization requirements.Using the software to optimize operation conditions of the sample data,the optimization result proves it work well. |
