| In this paper,the fast-growing poplar clones with good insect resistance,high survival rate and good dry type are taken as the object in this paper.Based on their growth,disease resistance and pulping performance,ten poplar clones of artificial forest were selected.Through the analysis of the anatomical characteristics and physical properties of poplar clones,the differences of wood anatomical properties between different clones were compared Compared with the basic density of different clones and different parts,the radial shrinkage rate,tangential shrinkage rate and volume shrinkage rate under the condition of air drying and full drying,the radial variation law of wood anatomical properties and physical properties was explored,so as to improve the wood quality of poplar and provide a scientific basis for breeding better clones of poplar.Through comparative analysis of the anatomical and physical properties of poplar clones,it was found that among the ten poplar clones,the poplar clones of P.deltoides CL.’Nanyang’、P.euramericana cv.‘Zhonglin46’、P.deltoides CL.’Danhong’、P.deltoides CL.’55/65’、P.nigra CL.’N179’had better properties of wood and were suitable to be promoted as excellent clones.The experimental results are as follows:(1)The mean values of fiber length,vessel length,vessel width,fiber ratio,wood ray ratio and vessel ratio of ten clones were 975.61-1152.94μm、200-600μm、57.24-95.54μm、59.4-67.7%、10.2-15.9%、21.4-29.9%;The mean range of tangential fiber width,lumen diameter,double wall thickness,length-width ratio,wall to lumen ratio and lumen to width ratio was15.38-19.84μm、11.22-15.90μm、3.14-4.36μm、59.22-81.00、0.23-0.41、0.72-0.82;The mean range of radial fiber width,lumen diameter,double wall thickness,length-width ratio,wall to lumen ratio and lumen to width ratio was15.35-21.17μm、11.57-18.02μm、3.01-4.28μm、53.28-80.01、0.18-0.36、0.74-0.85。In the radial direction,fiber length,vessel length,fiber width and ratio of length to width are outward along the pith center,and gradually increase with the increase of tree age.There are two radial variation trends of lumen diameter,double wall thickness,wall to lumen ratio and lumen to width ratio outward along the pith center in the tangential and radial state,which first increase and then decrease along the pith center and then tend to be outward The stable variation trend,the other is the variation trend of slightly decreasing first and then gradually increasing,and the overall variation has little fluctuation.The variance analysis results of fiber length,fiber width,vessel length,vessel width,lumen diameter,double wall thickness,length width ratio,wall to lumen ratio and lumen to width ratio of ten clones of poplar showed tha The difference of clones,tree species and tree rings was significant at the level of 0.01.Under the influence of two factors,the difference between different clones and different tree species,different tree species and rings,different clones and rings was significant at the 0.01 level.Under the influence of clone,tree species and tree ring,the difference was significant at the level of 0.01.(2)The mean values of basic density,air-dried density and oven-dried density of ten clones are 0.29-0.43 g·cm-3,0.35-0.51 g·cm-3 and 0.33-0.49 g·cm-3.In air-dried condition,the mean values of tangential dry shrinkage,radial dry shrinkage and volume dry shrinkage are 4.60%-6.27%,1.44%-2.38%,6.17%-8.98%and 7.27%-8.80%,2.59%-4.01%,10.12%-12.90%;In fully dry state the mean values of tangential dry shrinkage,radial dry shrinkage and volume dry shrinkage are7.27%-8.80%、2.59%-4.01%、10.12%-12.90%;The difference values of air-dried shrinkage and oven-dried shrinkage of clonal poplars were2.25-3.44and 2.03-2.95.The average microfibril angle ranges from 16.35 to 25.21;In the radial direction,different poplar clones showed different variation trends,and the overall growth of trees showed a fluctuating state.With the growth of tree age,the microfibril angle,density and shrinkage performance closer to the bark direction were better.According to the analysis of variance,under the influence of single factor clones,tree species and location,the difference of microfilament Angle was significant at the level of0.01;under the influence of single factor clones,tree species and location,the difference of microfilament Angle was not significant at the influence of tree ring factors;under the interaction of two factors,the difference was extremely significant;under the combined action of clone,tree species and location,the difference was significant at the level of 0.01. |
