Study On The Control Of Rural Environmental Pollution In Naiman Banner,Inner Mongolia

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's rural economy,the per capita net income of farmers has increased year by year,and the living standards of farmers have been continuously improved.However,due to insufficient infrastructure to control pollution in rural areas,complex and diverse sources of pollution,low farmers'awareness of environmental protection,and low farmers' enthusiasm for participation,the environmental pollution in rural areas has become increasingly serious.Rural environmental pollution has become the most concerned issue of rural residents,which not only affects the appearance of villages and villages,reduces the happiness of villagers,but also seriously affects the process of new rural construction and the comprehensive construction of a well-off society.In recent years,China has paid more and more attention to the problem of rural environmental pollution,vigorously promote the construction of ecological civilization and implement the strategy of rural revitalization,and do a top-level design for rural environmental pollution control.This article takes Naiman Banner in Inner Mongolia as the research object.Through a combination of field visits and village visits,it investigates the current status of rural environmental pollution in Naiman Banner.,Industrial pollution and other aspects,pollution forms are diverse.However,due to the weak infrastructure for rural pollution control,shortage of professionals,backward technical means,and insufficient attention by local governments,after years of environmental control actions,rural environmental pollution control has still not achieved obvious results.Based on this,this paper proposes an implementable and reproducible solution to the problem of rural environmental pollution by applying the government's ecological environmental function theory and multi-center governance theory to address the common problems of environmental pollution in rural areas in China,especially in relatively poor and backward ethnic areas Countermeasures,trying to fundamentally improve the overall quality of the rural environment in less developed areas.
