As an indispensable equipment of the automated production line,whether the feeding machine has stable performance and high working efficiency will directly affect the production efficiency of the factory.Based on the research and analysis of the slitting operation process of glass fiber non-woven fabrics,the design inspiration comes from the jib crane,and a jib type feeding machine dedicated to the feeding of the slitting machine is designed.The feeding machine is composed of a base,a cross shaft,an arm and other structures,and can complete the loading task of 150 kg of glass fiber non-woven materials at a time within 9 seconds.This article starts from the technical difficulties in the design of the feeder and takes each component mechanism as the research object to study the key issues such as structure and lightweight design,finite element dynamic characteristics analysis,cross-axis assembly clearance elimination and control system design.Aiming at the feeding process of the feeder,the overall structure design plan of the feeder and the design of key components were proposed according to the Quality Function Deployment(QFD)method and Design for Assembly(DFA)Method to complete the design of the feeder structure.The contactor component performs model analysis to evaluate the evaluated property.Aiming at the problem of eliminating the gap in the assembly of the feeder,the gap elimination method and the material for the gap elimination are reasonably selected,and the simulation is performed using the ANSYS display dynamic module Explicit Dynamics.Lightweight research was conducted on the key components of the feeder.For the hazardous conditions,the weight and maximum deformation of the arm were used as the optimization goals.First,the arm was topologically optimized,then the key size was optimized according to the topology optimization results.I have completed the hardware configuration and software system development of the uploader,rewritten the execution procedure of the PLC of the uploader,and realized the automatic control of the uploader based on the personal interaction interface of the up-through touch screen.In this paper,the structural design and lightweight design of key components of the wide-width swing arm feeder were carried out.The dynamic characteristics of the key components were further analyzed,and the method of assembly clearance elimination and simulation analysis were studied.The control system design was finally completed.So that the technical foundation is laid for the commercialization of the swing arm feeder.
