Research On The Path Of Huaxin Cement Out Of Difficulties Under The Background Of Supply-side Reform

As an important basic raw material for national economic construction,cement has an irreplaceable role.However,under the background of blind expansion of the cement industry,the cement market has gradually reached saturation.On this basis,as China's economic development has entered a new normal,the growth rate of cement demand has gradually slowed down.Make overall arrangements from a macro perspective.In order to solve the increasingly serious problems of overcapacity and low concentration,the central government reviewed the situation and the supply-side structural reform came into being.On the one hand,the supply-side structural reforms have alleviated the overcapacity situation in the cement industry,and on the other hand,it has also helped companies improve their operating conditions.This paper focuses on analyzing the implementation measures of the case companies and the implementation effects before and after the supply-side reform through case studies.It is expected that the successful experience of the case companies can provide a valuable reference for other companies in China to promote the supply-side reform.First,this article combs the relevant literature at home and abroad to determine the necessity of this study.Secondly,the related concepts and theoretical foundations are elaborated,and the current operating environment of China's cement industry is analyzed from the surface.On this basis,taking Huaxin Cement as an example,the practical content of Huaxin Cement's supply-side reform is discussed in detail and its characteristics are summarized.Several important measures of Huaxin Cement's supply-side reform are the close integration of the capacity reduction model and corporate strategy,which lays a solid foundation for the company's horizontal expansion and vertical penetration;in the design of the reform plan,it focuses on independent innovation;the industry chain gradually Extend and continuously improve the competitiveness of enterprises;optimize the capital structure and reduce the scale of interest-bearing debt.The reform plans of the case companies have been advanced step by step,taking multiple measures to form a mixed and diversified supply-side reform system.Next,this paper analyzes the changes in the company's financial performance before and after its implementation.Through the research on the effect of reform of case companies,it was found that the supply-side reform promoted the company's financial performance to be greatly improved,and at the same time,the overall quality of employees and the ability to research and develop continuously improved,laying a good foundation for the company's high-quality and sustainable development.Finally,based on the case analysis results,this paper believes that although the implementation path of the case company has a positive impact on improving financial performance,there are still follow-up problems to be improved.In view of the financial problems that still exist in the enterprise after the supply-side reform,this article puts forward some suggestions that Huaxin Cement should scientifically design energy cost control schemes,improve inventory management levels,properly handle assets and personnel integration.It is hoped that through the research in this article,we can provide some ideas for Huaxin Cement and other companies in the context of supply-side reform to implement reform measures.
