With the continuous development of the Internet of Things technology,the digitalization of oil-gas fields continues to accelerate,and various solutions for oil-gas wellhead data transmission are emerging.Due to the special environment of oil-gas production,the location of oil-gas wells is remote and scattered.Data collection and equipment monitoring are difficult,and the cost of data transmission is high.In order to resolve the above problems,the dissertation proposes an intelligent control scheme for the Internet of Things based on NB-Io T(Narrow-Band Internet of Things)technology.This solution applies NB-Io T technology to the intelligent management of oil-gas fields,making full use of its advantages of long distance,low speed,low power consumption,and large capacity to solve the problem of data collection,transmission,and monitoring of oil-gas wellhead in remote areas and geographical locations.Based on the study of data collection and equipment monitoring in oil-gas wellhead and the practical application of NB-Io T technology,the dissertation designs an intelligent control system of Internet of things for data transmission in oil-gas wellhead.The system is connected with the One NET cloud platform through the base station,which can not only realize the data collection and transmission,but also realize the management and control of equipments in oil-gas wellhead.The research content of this system is divided into hardware part and software part.The hardware part describes the hardware circuit of the intelligent controller,including the master control module,communication module,acquisition module,output module and display module.The software part is divided into data acquisition module,data display module,control output module and data transmission module according to functions,and the transplantation of MQTT(Message Queuing Telemetry Transport)protocol and the generation of two-dimensional code image are the difficulties in the implementation.Finally,the connectivity and functions of the intelligent control system are tested,including data upload and command issuance,and the results are analyzed.It is found in the experiments thatthe system has completed the data transmission,and has realized the cloud monitoring of the equipment,and has completed the original design goal.
