With the accelerated laying of natural gas pipelines in China,the phenomenon of pipeline vibration has become a problem that cannot be ignored.The abnormal vibration of the pipeline will cause fatigue failure of the pipeline system and cause a huge hidden safety hazard.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the vibration mechanism of natural gas pipelines and explore vibration reduction measures of pipelines.In this paper,we takes the problem of excessive vibration of the natural gas pipeline in the service area of the JQ compressor station as a background,and combines theoretical analysis and numerical simulation to study the mechanism of pipeline vibration and vibration reduction measures in actual engineering.Firstly,the possibility of vibration caused by machinery and equipment is eliminated by analyzing the site conditions and measurement data of the vibration pipeline of the JQ compressor station;then,the SolidWorks software is used to create the geometric model of the vibration pipeline,and the related modules in the ANSYS are used to carry out the flow field of the vibration pipeline Through simulation and modal analysis,the flow field characteristics under different working conditions and the structural characteristics of the pipeline were obtained.By comparison,the reason for the vibration of the pipeline in the tee area may be presumed to be mechanical resonance;then the workbench was used to analyze the harmonic response of the pipeline to obtain the gas.The dynamic characteristics of the solid coupling,and the measured values of the vibration displacement and the simulated values are basically consistent.It is concluded that the main reason for the vibration of the pipeline is that the natural gas in the pipe generates a vortex when it is merged at the tee before the station.Mechanical resonance is induced in the resonance section of the natural frequency,and the air flow pulsation caused by the vortex also plays a certain role in exciting the vibration of the pipeline.Finally,combined with the actual operating conditions of the JQ compressor station,it is proposed to reduce the vibration of the pipeline by adding constraints.After the pipeline is strengthened,the natural frequency of the structure obtained by numerical simulation is greatly improved and is not in the resonancezone with the pulsation frequency.The vibration displacement value There has also been a significant reduction,proving that this damping measure is reasonable and effective.In this paper,through studying the vibration of natural gas pipelines in JQ gas station,we not only understand the mechanism of pipeline vibration,but also propose targeted vibration reduction measures.It provides a basis for solving practical engineering problems,and also provides a reference for other pipelines to optimize design and reduce vibration.
