Abstract/Summary:
In the excavation of tunnel drivage, drilling and blasting method is one of the main methods used in construction. The influence of blasting vibration on oil pipes is one of the common problems if the method of drilling and blasting is employed for the suburban tunnel. The broken of oil pipe can cause great economic loss and negative social impact. So the study of the influence of blasting vibration on oil pipes is of great theoretical and practical significance.The basic theory of stress wave is employed to analysis the refection and refraction law of seismic wave on the interface of rock and oil pipe. Ansys/Ls-dyna is employed to study the influence of blasting vibration on oil pipes under different explosive, different explosive charge, different distance, different pipe diameter, different pipe thickness, different pipe-buried depth. The Y direction vibration velocity in the front center of oil pipes is the largest; The vibration velocity of oil pipes increase with explosive charge increase, decrease with distance increase, increase with pipe diameter and thickness increase, decrease with buried depth. The vibration velocity of oil pipes in the same direction with wave propagation is bigger than velocity in the vertical propagation direction; The largest velocity of rock close to the oil pipe increase with decrease of distance between rock and oil pipe; Proper safety precautions of oil pipes is proposed based on the result of theoretical Analysis and numerical simulation.
