Metal pipeline transportation is currently the main method of petroleum transportation in China,but in view of the poor corrosion resistance of metal pipelines and high construction costs,major oilfields at home and abroad are committed to replacing metal pipelines with non-metallic pipelines with low cost and good corrosion resistance.This thesis provides a theoretical basis for further popularizing the application of non-metallic tubes by studying the suitability of several non-metallic tubes in the environment of Tarim Oilfield.The thesis first analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the actual application of metal pipes,glass fiber reinforced plastic pipes,plastic alloy composite pipes,steel skeleton plastic composite pipes,polyethylene plastic pipes,flexible composite pipes in gathering and transportation systems.The results show that flexible composite pipes have been used more in oil fields in recent years due to their superior performance.However,large-scale use of flexible composite pipes still lacks the necessary construction criteria and acceptance specifications.Secondly,through the full pipe hydrostatic pressure test,blasting test,and tensile test of the flexible composite pipe,the results show that the flexible composite pipe has the advantages of not easy to leak,strong pressure bearing capacity,and tensile resistance,and can be used as a pipe material for oil transportation pipelines.Through the autoclave test,the research on the inner core material of the flexible composite pipe shows that the size of the inner core material of the flexible composite pipe will not change basically in the oil transport medium,and the density,hardness,Vicat softening temperature,and breaking strength There will be changes,but the trend of change is relatively gentle,so it can be used for a long time in the oil field environment without cracking,thereby reducing the maintenance cost in the later stage.At the end of the thesis,through field tests,on the basis of giving full play to the advantages of flexible composite pipe construction convenience,short construction period,high economic benefit,etc.,in view of the problems existing in the application of flexible composite pipe in the oil field and construction considerations,a set of suitable for the Tarim oil field Environmental non-metallic pipeline design and construction technology.
