In pace with the acceleration of globalization and the arrival of the Fourth Industrial Revolution,the competition among enterprises has shifted from price and quality to reputation capital.Reputation capital has become the most vital intangible asset of enterprises,which occupies a great position in the creation of enterprise value.Because the oil industry plays a vital role in China's economic development,it should be fully aware of the important role of reputation capital as a soft power for enterprise development,considering the development of oil and gas enterprises not only rely on the input of resources,capital,technology and labor.If China's oil enterprises want to complete the “two transformations”,they must promote the process of internationalization and attach great importance to reputation capital.However,at present,the reputation capital of Chinese oil and gas companies is not as we hoped,and there is a lack of research on the index evaluation system,which are increasingly becoming one of the bottlenecks restricting the development of China's oil and gas enterprises.It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study the reputation capital of China's oil and gas enterprises and construct a series of evaluation systems of reputation capital in the light of the actual situation of China's oil and gas enterprises.In accordance with studying and drawing lessons from the relevant literature about reputation capital at home and abroad,this paper adopted the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and established the evaluation model of reputation capital of A Oil and Gas Company,in order to fully understand the current situation of reputation capital of A Oil and Gas Company.The study found that the overall level of reputation capital of A Oil and Gas Company was only “average”,and the factors of relevant stakeholders had the greatest influence on it.Based on this,this paper proposed that A Oil and Gas Company should strengthen their reputation capital by establishing the awareness of reputation capital,reinforcing the establishment and maintenance of reputation capital,attaching great importance to the demands of stakeholders,strengthening the internal management of enterprises,comprehensively improving the awareness of corporate social responsibility,and giving full play to the leading role of the Party's awareness of reputation capital.
