Establishment Of Eco-Evaluation Index System For Well-Facilitied Capital Farmland

The protection,construction and sustainable utilization of well-facilitied capital farmland are the realistic needs and inevitable choices to achieve high and stable grain production and ensure national food security.However,the construction and evaluation of well-facilitied capital farmland mainly focuses on improving the productivity of farmland,and less considers the stability and sustainability of farmland ecosystem and the relevance with rural life,which still lags behind the requirements of the Rural Revitalization Strategy for the green development of agriculture and rural areas.Therefore,based on the actual needs of national well-facilitied capital farmland construction,the study and improvement of the evaluation index system of well-facilitied capital farmland ecology is conducive to ensuring food production,green development of agricultural ecology and coordinated development of agriculture and rural areas.On the basis of actual investigation and sampling analysis,based on the concept of "production,ecology and life",this paper establishes a ecological evaluation index system of well-facilitied capital farmland by using analytic hierarchy process,entropy weight method and comprehensive index method.In addition,empirical studies were carried out in three towns in Boro County and two towns in Yingde City,Guangdong Province,to determine the correctness and scientificity of the ecological evaluation index system.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Established a ecological evaluation index system of well-facilitied capital farmland.The index system consists of three criterion layesr(production-ecology-life)and 17 indicators layers.The production indicators include: soil fertility,productivity stability,fertilizer load,whether to develop circular agriculture,farming system;the ecological indicators include: farmland landscape pattern,fragmentation,marginal density,heavy metal pollution,disaster rate,invasive index of alien species,soil acidification resistance,control rate of field-forest network and habitat quality index;the living index include: population carrying capacity of farmland,abandonment rate of farmland,open field rate of farmland.2.Established a ecological quality evaluation method for well-facilitied capital farmland.Through the combination of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight method,the weight of each index was determined,and then the comprehensive index method was used to evaluate the farmland ecosystem comprehensively.The farmland ecological conditions are divided into three levels: 1 level(8-10 points),healthy farmland ecosystem,suitable for the construction of high-standard basic farmland;2 level(6-8 points),sub-healthy farmland ecosystem,alternative for high-standard basic farmland construction area;3 level(less than 6 points),disease status of farmland ecosystem,it is not appropriate to build high-standard basic farmland.3.The correctness and feasibility of the index system are studied.In order to verify the correctness of the evaluation index system,the well-facilitied capital farmland in the sampling area is empiricallyanalyzed.There were 16 villages with well-facilitied capital farmland in the sampling survey,including11 villages with healthy farmland ecosystem,5 villages with sub-healthy farmland ecosystem.The correct rate of the evaluation results is 68.8%.The evaluation results are basically consistent with the reality,which shows that the index system has certain applicability and rationality.The farmland ecosystems of 44 villages in Futian,Yangcun,Guanyingge,Donghua and Wangfu towns in Boluo County were comprehensively evaluated with the established index system.It was found that the farmland ecosystems of Futian and Guanyingge towns were basically healthy,so the two towns were suitable for large-scale construction of well-facilitied capital farmland.
