In response to the construction of beautiful China,the state and the Shandong Provincial Government have successively issued a series of policies and regulations on river pollution control.This move has also triggered the attention of all walks of life in the treatment of river sewage.The construction of sewage treatment facilities is one of the effective methods to solve the pollution of rivers at present,but the design and operation of river sewage treatment facilities are still in the stage of exploration and development,and there is a lack of detailed information and analysis.Therefore,this article starts from solving the problem of sewage pollution in a river in Shandong Province,and aims to explore the design,operation technical parameters and operation effects of river sewage treatment facilities,and provide technical support for solving the problem of river sewage pollution.This paper investigates the source type of sewage in a river in Shandong Province,the daily flow of sewage,and the surrounding environment of the river,and records the relevant parameters such as COD,BOD5,TP,TN,SS,ammonia nitrogen and pH by sampling and testing the sewage analysis.According to the requirements of inlet and outlet water quality and treatment volume,design and build a sewage treatment plant to solve the problem of river sewage.After comparison and selection,the pretreatment process of the sewage treatment plant selected the coarse and fine grid,the cyclone grit tank,the water quality and water volume adjustment tank,the hydrolysis acidification tank,and the biological treatment selected the A/O treatment method and the MBR membrane method.Analysis of the monitoring data of the incoming and outgoing water quality of the sewage treatment plant for one year shows that the river sewage treatment plant meets the design requirements.Over the past year of operation,the average COD of influent and effluent was 250.265mg/L and 13.156mg/L,respectively,and the average annual removal rate was 94.37%;the average BOD5 of influent and effluent was 98.468mg/L and 5.142mg/L,and the average annual removal rate was 94.79%;the average values of ammonia nitrogen in inflow and outflow are 33.083mg/L and 1.008 mg/L,respectively,and the average annual removal rate is 96.93%;the average SS of inflow and outflow are121.613mg/L and 1.447 mg/L,respectively,and the average annual removal rate is98.81%;The average TP of effluent was 3.009 mg/L and 0.208 mg/L,and the average annual removal rate was 93.07%;the average TN of influent and effluent was43.686mg/L and 3.468 mg/L,and the average annual TN removal rate was 92.05%.The effluent indicators have reached the level 1 A emission standard of the"Emission Standard for Pollutants in Urban Sewage Treatment Plants"?GB18918-2002?and the requirements of the local environmental protection on the effluent indicators,indicating that the overall efficiency of the river sewage treatment plant is good,and the expected goals have been achieved.The environment The benefits and social benefits are significant.By studying the design and operation of the river sewage treatment plant,the design of the river sewage treatment plant not only needs to consider the sewage source and water quality parameters,but also considers the compatibility with the surrounding environment.It is necessary to select the appropriate treatment process according to local conditions and the removal efficiency of pollutants Affected by the influent water quality,adjusting the operating parameters according to the influent water quality is the key to the optimal operation of the wastewater treatment plant.
