In recent years, the Advanced-Surface Movement Guidance and Control System(A-SMGCS)is playing an increasingly important role in improving the safety and efficiency of airport airside operations.According to the guidance issued by the ICAO's Manual of Advanced-Surface Movement Guidance and Control System(DOC9830),the A-SMGCS should have four major functions: surveillance, routing, guidance, and control.Among them, the "control" method and the technical route is decisive for the A-SMGCS classification. At present, domestic and foreign research on the control function of A-SMGCS is not mature enough, especially for the choice of control implementation method under different airport scales. This paper mainly researches how to generate aircraft routing data at the terminal when the aircraft monitoring data is obtained, and the ro uting data and aircraft monitoring data are converted by Traffic Information Service-Broadcast(TIS-B)technology The transmission to the mobile terminal is used to guide the aircraft at the airport scene to achieve the control purpose. The main research contents of this paper include the following aspects.(1)Determine the transmission mode of the routing control signal.Based on the Petri net-based airport scene road network model, the elements and composition of the airport scene aircraft routing information are analyzed, and several common ground-air data link communication technology methods are compared to finally determine the use of TIS-B to achieve A-The technical solution of SMGCS guide signal transmission.(2)TIS-B technical analysis and application scenario planning. The TIS-B system converts the transmission information into a TIS-B message for transmission. To this end, first analyze the TIS-B message format and then research the data.Accuracy and integrity;integrated aircraft surveillance data and aircraft routing data are transmitted as A-SMGCS guidance signals.Due to the size of the airport, the routing signals in A-SMGCS guidance signals have different message lengths, and TIS-B construction costs are considered.A-SMGCS guidance signal transmission schemes are developed for large airports and small and medium airports.Large airports use custom TIS-B to transmit A-SMGCS guidance signals, and small and medium airports use ADS-B's extended function ADS-B IN to transmit A.-SMGCS pilot signal.(3)Research the generation and management of routing data in the A-SMGCS pilot signal transmission scheme. In the case of aircraft surveillance data obtained based on current airport scene surveillance technology, the focus is on the generation of aircraft routing data.Based on the airport scene road network model, the improved dijkstra algorithm is used to plan the aircraft static taxi path pre-selection set,and the static taxi path pre-selection Set as a feasible solution for dynamic conflict-free routing planning, plan aircraft dynamic conflict-free routing, and complete the generation of aircraft routing data;manage the routing data on the airport scene TIS-B map, display the generated aircraft routing data, and guide the aircraft to the airport The glide of the scene completes the purpose of control.(4)Based on the A-SMGCS pilot signal transmission scheme, research how TIS-B technology recognizes and processes A-SMGCS mobile transmission signals. The TIS-B technology performs signal recognition based on the relative position of the pulse, determines whether the received signal is an A-SMGCS mobile transmission signal in the form of a TIS-B message, and confirms that the received signal is an A-SMGCS mobile transmission signal. The carrier system performs data processing on the received TIS-B messages to obtain aircraft guidance information.(5)The principle test of the method proposed in this paper for transmitting A-SMGCS pilot signals through TIS-B technology is performed to verify the feasibility of the research content of this paper.
