With the increasing design and manufacturing level of the machinery manufacturing industry,fast and personalized products are increasingly favored by customers and markets.After the development of the military industry,engineering machinery,aerospace and other equipment manufacturing fields,deep hole processing technology has been gradually popularized as a key technology in the field of machinery manufacturing.The products of deep-hole machining machine tool manufacturing enterprises can supply the current market demand,but when the demand changes periodically due to the influence of market fluctuations,the manufacturing enterprise cannot quickly make decisive adjustments to the machine tool products,it is difficult to quickly design and manufacture low-cost production and Machine tools with high customer satisfaction.In the short term,how to effectively use the existing design knowledge and product resources of the company to quickly develop new products has become a new challenge facing manufacturing companies.Based on the above situation,this paper proposes a rapid design method of CNC deep hole machining machine tools based on knowledge reuse,combined with hybrid reasoning technology to carry out research on knowledge reuse,and develop a rapid design system of CNC deep hole machining machine tools.Before developing the system,in order to facilitate the staff involved in system design,they can have a deeper understanding of the system’s goals,principles,and functional structure,and established the rapid design system architecture.Based on the existing design resources and analysis and research,summarize the characteristics of CNC deep hole processing machine tools,and formulate the CNC deep hole processing machine design calculation knowledge,engineer design experience,etc.through a certain rule,and establish a CNC deep hole processing machine design knowledge base.Theoretical research is performed on key technologies such as modular design,parametric design,and hybrid inference technology involved in the system development process,and examples are used to illustrate.During the development of this system,Visual Basic was used for the secondary development of Solid Works,and Access was selected as the system database to study the theoretical basis of the system development tools.The thesis describes the specific process of knowledge reuse of the NC deep hole machining machine rapid design system,and explains the system development process.It details the parameter setting,model driving,finite element analysis,and engineering drawing optimization during the design process.Finally,a system example operation is performed,and a BTA deep hole drilling machine is taken as an example to introduce the system workflow and the entire system operation process.It can be obtained through example verification that the rapid design system can realize the rapid and intelligent design of CNC deep hole machining machine tools,and achieve the development purpose of intelligently transferring design knowledge and automatically generating product models in the design of machine tool products,effectively shortening new products.The research and development cycle has improved the efficiency of enterprise manufacturing.
