| With the rapid development of manufacturing industry and the increasing complexity of product composition structure,assembly has become an important factor restricting the reduction of manufacturing cost.Past studies have shown that a large part of the emerging product assembly process design follows or modifies the past design.Process reuse plays a key role in improving the efficiency of process design.However,due to the limitations of the current digital development of assembly process design,it is difficult for enterprises to make full use of the large amount of historical process data accumulated,to shorten the cycle of assembly process design and reduce costs.In view of the above problems,based on the idea of knowledge reuse,this paper carries out the research on the intelligent design of product assembly process,develops the intelligent generation system of product assembly process,and achieves some results.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the research background and significance of this paper,introduces the research status of assembly process knowledge modeling,knowledge mining and process intelligent design at home and abroad,and discusses the main research content of this paper.According to the functional requirements of the intelligent generation system of product assembly process,the system architecture,functional module organization and overall workflow are planned,and the key technologies required by each functional module are formulated.(2)The ontology construction method of assembly process information is studied.The assembly process information is divided into product structure information and assembly process information.The structured description method is given from the perspective of space and time.Finally,the assembly process information ontology model with the four tuples of assembly object,assembly operation,assembly resources and technical requirements as the basic unit is constructed and verified by taking the aircraft assembly scene as an example.(3)The mining method of typical assembly process is studied,the assembly process is described as a directed acyclic graph,and a process similarity calculation method considering process unit and process route is designed.Then an improved AP clustering algorithm is proposed,and on this basis,the mining process of typical assembly process is introduced.Finally,the assembly of aircraft soft fuel tank is taken as an example to verify it.(4)This paper studies the assembly process element configuration method,puts forward an assembly process element configuration model,studies the discovery method of constraints in the configuration model,including the mining method of element configuration association rules based on FP growth algorithm and the reasoning method of element configuration timing constraints based on topological sorting,and discusses the construction method of assembly process element configuration variables,Then,based on the idea of backtracking method,the solution method of assembly process element configuration model is proposed,and the rapid generation method of process tree is designed.Finally,the two-stage reducer is taken as an example to verify it.(5)Based on the above research contents and system architecture,an intelligent generation system of product assembly process is developed,which mainly includes three modules,including assembly process information ontology construction module,typical assembly process mining module and assembly process element configuration module.Taking a certain type of RV Reducer as an example,each functional module is verified according to the overall workflow of the system.Finally,the research content of this paper is summarized,the problems existing in the research process are discussed,and the future work is prospected. |
