Abstract/Summary:
Beer is a popular alcoholic beverage,also known as "liquid bread",brewed and sold in the global market.Although industrial production has greatly improved the efficiency of beer production,the resource consumption caused by the production and use of beer equipment and the pollutants such as waste water,waste gas and solid waste in the brewing process have increased the environmental burden and brought harmful effects to the natural environment.Beer brewing industry has the characteristics of high energy consumption,large sewage discharge and low equipment recovery.In order to meet the requirements of the new era,it is particularly important to build a green design system for beer fermentation equipment to solve the pollution problem of light industrial products from the source.Therefore,from the point of view of product life cycle,this paper analyzed the energy consumption of beer fermentation equipment in each stage,and constructed a green design system including green design method,green design process,green design behavior and green evaluation.Among them,green design behavior is divided into six modules:industry standard,green material,structure design,production process,energy consumption and pollution treatment,user experience.Taking beer fermenter as an example,the green material is analyzed and determined,the green product design process is optimized,and the methods of reducing energy consumption and pollution control are summarized.Finally,based on the research of green design system and hydrodynamics theory in the field of beer fermentation,the cooling jacket of traditional fermentation tank was optimized.The shape of the jacket was optimized into unequal spiral shape to cope with the change of heat field inside the fermentation tank.The results were evaluated by AHP analytic hierarchy process.The evaluation results showed that the optimized fermentation tank was more friendly to the environment.It achieves the effects of energy saving,material saving and water saving.
