| Wounds generally refer to the complete destruction and the quantitative loss of normal skin or tissue caused by external or internal damage.Common wounds include burn wounds, electric injury wounds, chemical corrosion wounds, etc. For effective wound care, there is an urgent need for adcanced dressings that promote wound healing. The proper microenvironment produced by the dressing can promote cell proliferation and migration, facilitate early healing of the wound, and prevent inflammation and scarring after healing.Hydrogel dressings have many advantages, such as no adhesion, retention of moisture and absorption of exudates. These advantages make hydrogel dressings an important research direction for clinical wound treatment. In the first part,a series of double crosslinked hydrogels are prepared from carboxymethyl chitosan, sodium alginate and calcium chloride by electrostatic interaction and divalent chelation.By the encapsulation of EGF,the hydrogel can be applied to promote cell proliferation and wound healing.Double crosslinked hydrogels were studied in rheology, water retention,EGF release and cell proliferation. In addition, animal models were established to assess wound healing efficacy in vivo.Polysaccharide hydrogel is expected to achieve industrial production and has broad application prospects. In order to solve the disadvantage that a typical hydrogel dressing cannot treat a bacterial infection wound,in the second part,an epoxy quaternary ammonium salt is firstly formed, and then the quaternary ammonium salt is grafted onto the gelatin by a ring opening reaction. Finally,a hydrogel-loaded graphene oxide is prepared based on a Schiff base reaction and a hydrogen bond interaction for the purpose of antibacterial and adhesive wounds. The hydrogel can achieve morphological transformation under 808nm laser irradiation, and the antibacterial performance is improved. When the light is removed, the gel can be restored to its original state. The solidified hydrogel can fix the skin on both sides of the wound and achieve the dual purpose of adhesion and antibacterial on the wound surface. |
