Design And Implementation Of Virtual Simulation System For Tank Field Operation

In recent years,with the improvement of economic level and the increase of demand for chemicals,the number of newly built and expanded tank fields is increasing.At the same time,tank accidents also occur frequently,and the impact and loss of tank area accidents are tragic,most of the accidents are caused by employees' illegal operations or things.Therefore,complete and effective employee training is a necessary link and safety guarantee for employees in the chemical industry,especially for the employees in the tank field.Doing a good job in employee training can greatly reduce the probability of accidents.Virtual reality training is an important means of job training,which is also effective and feasible for high-risk operations or emergency response training.Virtual reality technology is a comprehensive integration technology including near-eye display,perception interaction,rendering processing,network transmission,content production and other technologies.Virtual reality technology can be used to build a new type of virtual interactive environment and achieve high degree of simulation of technical operations.At present,the technology is undergoing a transition from the initial stage of cultivation to the stage of rapid development,and is being gradually applied in education,medical care,architecture,aerospace,chemical and other fields.At present,the quality of virtual reality products in the market is uneven.Some virtual reality products can only be used in process display,with poor interactivity,fixed plots and low reuse value.High-end virtual reality products are scarce,so it is still technically difficult to build a virtual reality system with strong sense of immersion,high degree of imitation and good interaction.This system takes the tank field operation training as the main line,uses job safety analysis method to identify the risk of the tank field operation procedures,and combines the real tank field accident case to design the tank field operation training script which contains the risk trigger plot;Three-dimensional scene construction is realized by three-dimensional modeling and physics-based rendering.The physical relationship,interactive operation and function of the equipment in the tank field are simulated to provide users with good operation experience.Through the mathematical modeling of the process of key equipments in the tank field and the typical accident mechanism of the tank field,the mathematical model support is provided for the operation of the tank field.The functions of virtual scene tour,electronic manual of tank field knowledge,user interface and assessment score are designed and realized.Through the above work,a set of virtual simulation system with smooth operation,high simulation degree and good interactivity is realized,which is of great significance to the security of tank work.
