Our country is both a large coal country and a big agriculture country.Coal resources and-crop straw are abundant,but reserves of petroleum and natural gas are relatively less.The comprehensive utilization technique of coal and natural organic material is springing up.The fully use of coal and nature organic material is necessary due to the decrease of crude oil and natural gas.It's well-know that acetylene is an important chemical feedstock and widely used in industries.There are many disadvantages using traditional ways such as calcium carbide-acetylene process,so we are urged to find a new way to produce acetylene efficiently and cleanly.Plasma,known as the fourth state of matter,has been widely used in many fields because of its special property.This new technology of producing acetylene from coal pyrolysis in plasma,which is the combination of plasma technology and coal utilization,can overcome disadvantages of traditional process and has been proved more technologically reasonable and economical.According to the current situation of the research of the plasma technologies used to coal pyrolysis at home and abroad,our research group undertook the task set by the national 863 project and carried out the research based on a large amount of data collected from abundant experiments conducted by Xinjiang Tianye Corporation.The thesis we completed covers the following aspects:(1)50 KW linear type plasma reactive apparatus were set up,and safely experiment operating rules and regulations are acquired in the commissioning test.Some common fault phenomena,failure causes and the dealing methods of the experiment installation are sorted out.(2)To study the feasibility and stability of the test apparatus,the attempts of using 50 KW linear type plasma reactive apparatus on the pyrolysis of carbon dioxide and acetylene are carried out.The initial rules of the reaction are explored.(3)Based on the analysis and comparison of experimental results of 2MW and 5MW industrial tests of acetylene production from coal pyrolysis in hydrogen plasma that Xinjiang Tianye Corporation provided.The influences such as feeding ways,feeding rate,the steam quantity of coke cleaning and magnification effect on air release and product distributions are studied.(4)The regularity and mechanism of coking formation are discussed on the basis of the experiment data obtained from Xinjiang Tianye Corporation.Then the method for slowing coking and an on-line coke removing program are proposed.(5)Combined with the results of computer's Simulation calculation,put forward the assumption of H2 thermal plasma applied in the liquefied petroleum gas,natural organic matter pyrolysis.
