Birla Carbon China(Jining)Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Birla Carbon Jining Factory")carbon black project and waste heat power generation project started construction in November 2015.In September 2017,the first phase produces 120,000 tons of carbon black and 2×8MW waste heat generator.The first phase equipment is put into production.The company is equipped with dry flue gas DeSOx FGDS equipment designed and manufactured by Lonjing Environment Technology Co.,Ltd.According to the "Shandong Province Thermal Power Plant Air Pollutant Emission Standards"(DB37/664-2019),the dust limit of all gas fuel boilers and gas turbines will be 5mg/Nm3 from September 7,2019.The increasingly low standard discharge standards lead to accelerated failure of the filter bag.This thesis is based on the leakage of ultrafine powder carbon black from the carbon black plant to the desulfurization system,resulting in increased penetration of DeSOx dust and excessive dust emission.According to the exploration in practice,it is proposed to add a certain proportion of fly ash in the desulfurizer to improve the filtration performance of the filter bag.The addition of fly ash provides a new direction for the study of extending filter bag life online,which has great engineering value.In this thesis,the filter bag was tested by micro-electron microscopy.The SEM 1000-fold figure shows that the filter bag section contains a large number of dust particles with a particle size of 0-10?m.The filter surface is separated from the filter bag near the base cloth,and the dust particles penetrating into the filter bag are found.The diameter is about 5?m,most of which is about 1?m.Even dust which particles<1?m can be found,which is consistent with the particle size range of carbon black particles or carbon black aggregates.It confirms the embedding of most ultrafine powder carbon black into the filter bag.Through the different ratios of lime:fly ash=1:3,the best DeSOx and dust emission effects were obtained,and the operation was stable,achieving the best dust reduction effect,from 8.5mg/Nm3.Dropping to 3.6mg/Nm3 extends the life of the filter bag.Through the analysis of various causes of the paste bag,it is explored that the pressure difference of the bag can be controlled more accurately in the vicinity of the set value,and the model of stepless speed regulation is established.Under the same working condition,the normal bag differential pressure is ensured.The number of blows before the improvement is reduced by about 10%,making the operation of the system more stable.After stoping the desulfurization for a long time,adjusts the bag dust collector starting the blowing time and the initial bag differential pressure to ensure that the powder layer is not destroyed by the initial blowing force.In the case of ensuring that the airflow resistance of the bag filter remains unchanged,the frequency of cleaning the bag is minimized,the pressure of the header pipe sprayed by the bag is reduced,and the best blowing effect is obtained,and the frequency of the blowing is reduced,from the wear and tear.The angle extends the life of the filter bag.In the study of the excessive ammonia escape during the boiler DeNOx process,the by-product ammonium sulfate was formed,which deteriorated the normal operation of the desulfurization filter bagIWhen the experiment explored the best NH3:NOx molar ratio=1:1,the ammonia escape amount was the lowest.The additional flue gas circulation fan reduces the introduction of hot air heat and reduces the temperature of the SNCR reaction zone to an optimum temperature of about 920?.Improve the DeNOx operating conditions,have a positive impact on the desulfurization process,avoid the risk of filter bag paste bags,and extend the life of the filter bag.Based on the actual problems of self-provided power plants of Birla Carbon China(Jining)Co.,Ltd.combined with the actual situation of leaking carbon black into the desulfurization bag filter of power plant,the ammonia escape amount from the ultrafine powder of carbon black embedded,the bag blowing style needs to be optimized.In three aspects,in-depth discussion of the current status of the filter bag,and the reasons for the failure of the filter bag,to explore ways and means to save the filter bag.The conclusion of this thesis provides a useful reference for the domestic gas-fired unit power plant bag filter to reduce dust online and extend the life of the filter bag.
