| The research object of this thesis is the progress management of the reclaimed water construction project of the new sewage treatment plant in CF City.In order to fully implement the national energy conservation and emission reduction policies and complete the energy conservation,CF City plans to build a new sewage treatment project for the CF water purification plant to treat urban domestic sewage and industrial wastewater.The sewage treatment plant is a continuous construction project of the original plant area.Therefore,the original gates,guardhouses and comprehensive buildings and other ancillary buildings are shared with the current project.Construction project contains too many buildings,involves professional buildings and equipment.High quality is required;also many cross-operations in multiple processes exist.Therefore,the requirements for construction schedule management are extremely high.In order to ensure the construction on schedule,rationally allocate resources and save construction costs,I studied the relevant project management,analyzed the characteristics of different schedule management methods,and learned related issues for wastewater treatment projects.The new sewage treatment project construction process as the carrier,project management theory and schedule control methods apply on this.According to the general process of project schedule management,firstly decompose all the work of the project,put all the project work activities in the list,and follow all the items in the list according to the spatial and logical relationship between the project activities.Estimate durations and develop a cross-section of the project schedule.With the gradual progress of the construction,new problems are constantly exposed,and the whole construction progress has more delays.The author first analyzes the problems existing in the existing schedule management,deeply analyzes and finds out the fundamentals that the progress management fails to work effectively.In order to ensure the smooth progress of the project progress according to the schedule,to ensure that each project activity,such as construction of various structures,building construction,equipment installation and commissioning,has sufficient construction time,it is necessary to optimize the design of the project schedule.The goal of the optimization design is to make dynamic adjustments to the subsequent construction project schedules in line with the actual situation,and strive to reduce the construction period delay after scientific and rational optimization of the schedule.The schedule management improvement program starts from the aspects of schedule change,key node optimization,schedule management process optimization and schedule performance management optimization,establishes a schedule control system,and implements overall control of the project progress according to scientific schedule control methods and tools.Targeted solved the problems in the previous schedule management,and optimized the post-plan to reduce the delay.In order to ensure that the improvement program can be implemented smoothly in the later construction,the author also proposes safeguard measures for improving the implementation of the program from the aspects of organization,technology,resources and economy.This paper timely discovers the problems of the existing schedules,and proposes targeted improvement scheme design,which effectively avoids the risk of project delay,and has certain practical significance for the schedule management of sewage treatment construction projects. |
