Study On Sustainable Developments Of The Yanbian Tobacco Industry

It has become a global consensus for an industry,industry or enterprise or company to implement sustainable development.With the gradual development of society,the goal of sustainable development is the harmonious and synchronous development of economy,society and natural environment.That is to say,sustainable development needs three unifications:the continuous growth of economy,the steady progress of society and the harmony of natural environment.Tobacco industry is an important part of China' s economic development,which is closely related to China' s economic growth and social development,as well as the growth of interest and tax.In today' s society,the tobacco industry is also facing more difficulties,which are mainly manifested in the contradiction of consumer upgrade demand caused by consumers' need for a better life,the enhancement of people' s health awareness and the improvement of quality.Yanbian is the only Korean National Autonomous Prefecture in our country.Tobacco industry not only make great contributions to the economic and social development of Yanbian Prefecture,but also are an important pillar of Yanbian Prefecture' s economy and a very large part of our finance.More importantly,the tobacco industry has played a more special role in ethnic areas.Therefore,the study of sustainable development of tobacco industry will be the most important thing,which is crucial to the development of Yanbian Prefecture.In the analysis of the influencing factors of the sustainable development of Yanbian tobacco industry,this paper overcomes the above three deficiencies.First of all,this paper makes full use of the domestic and foreign commercial sales data of Yanbian tobacco industry in recent years,makes an in-depth analysis of the position of enterprises in the deep-seated reform and development of the industry,objectively analyzes the various environments of enterprises in the special period of the industry,and obtains the corresponding measures.Secondly,by using PEST analysis,Porter' s five forces model and SWOT analysis,this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of Yanbian tobacco industry comprehensively and objectively,discusses the advantages and opportunities of Yanbian tobacco industry' s implementation of sustainable development,and the disadvantages and threats of restricting sustainable development.In the face of these advantages,opportunities,disadvantages and threats,Yanbian tobacco industry needs to formulate scientific and reasonable measures,and formulate targeted,effective and operable sustainable development strategic measures.Finally,facing the company' s internal and external environment,Porter' s five force model and SWOT analysis,Yanbian tobacco industry needs to strengthen brand management,adhere to market-oriented reform,strengthen team building,comprehensively promote the marketing innovation of the whole staff,strengthen the company' s cultural construction,implement and develop the tobacco circular economy and other aspects of sustainable development...
