Study On The Perfection Strategy Of The System Of Procuratorial Organs Bringing Environmental Public Interest Litigation

At present,China is entering a transition period of social and economic development,and the ecological environment issues are diversified.The value diversification and conflicts of interest in environmental issues make its environmental legislation must be based on public participation.Under this circumstance,under the rule of law of environmental protection in China,the procuratorial organs filed environmental public interest litigation,which can fully exert the function of multi-value coordination and interest reconciliation from an objective perspective,and can largely compensate the insufficient capacity of environmental protection organizations to raise environmental public interest litigation.The problem is to regulate and guide the public to participate in the environmental public interest litigation practice in an orderly manner.Based on this cognition,the main task at present is to gradually standardize and improve the procuratorial organs to raise environmental public interest litigation systems,dig deep into the value of environmental public interest litigation,and jointly build China's socialist ecological civilization.Therefore,this paper proposes the research theme of the environmental public interest litigation perfection strategy by the procuratorial organ,and comprehensively applies the related research methods such as the literature data method and the case analysis method,so as to explore the necessity and comprehensive advantages of the procuratorial organs to raise the environmental public interest litigation system in China.In order to find out the problems existing in the current system pilot operation,and combine the experience and lessons of system construction in some foreign countries,put forward specific practical and feasible suggestions to improve the system's adaptability and fully protect the public's environment.rights and interests.
