Continuously promote the reform of economic system in our country,establish and improve the modern enterprise system this big background,the incentive has become enterprises,especially high-tech enterprise important way for employee motivation.This system plays an important role in reducing the agency cost of the management,attracting high-quality human capital and motivating the key talents of the enterprise.However,compared with China's rapidly developing capital market,the construction of the equity incentive system is relatively slow.And the incentive must be combined with the externalities and the characteristics of enterprises,otherwise it is likely to fail to produce the desired incentive effect,or even backfire,trigger the contradiction of "negative incentive".Therefore,this paper takes RS new energy co.,ltd.as the case study object,deeply explores the effect of restricted stock ownership incentive and related influencing factors,and obtains revelatory Suggestions.In view of its possible shortcomings,combined with the excellent research results at home and abroad,China's actual situation and the characteristics of the industry,put forward in line with the development of such enterprises program improvement Suggestions.This paper firstly summarizes and analyzes the theories related to equity incentive through the method of literature materials.Through summarizing and summarizing the existing theories and practical materials,this paper lays a solid theoretical foundation for the case study of this paper.Secondly,starting from the industry level,this paper analyzes and studies the background and current situation of incentive system of new energy enterprises' restricted stock ownership plan,so as to understand the implementation of incentive system of new energy enterprises' restricted stock ownership plan as a whole.Thirdly,this paper conducts an analysis and research on RS company's restricted stock ownership plan through empirical analysis.After briefly introducing the background of case selection,this paper studies the incentive of the implementation of employee stock ownership plan of RS company from two aspects of scheme design and implementation effect.Finally,it analyzes the defects in the scheme design and some deficiencies in the implementation of the plan,and puts forward targeted Suggestions for these deficiencies.This paper finds that the restricted stock incentive plan has a significant impact on modern enterprises,especially in the downturn of the economy,can provide better protection for incentive objects,protect their rights and interests from threats,but also can reduce the turnover rate of important staff,for the realization of long-term development goals of enterprises to provide a guarantee.The implementation of RS initial restricted stock incentive plan has a positive effect on the company's business performance,and generally reflects a good incentive effect.However,from the perspective of financial indicators,the influence of incentive plan on operating capacity and growth ability is relatively lagging behind.The limitations of incentive object choice has also led to the company in terms of retaining talent also exist some deficiencies,suggested that the related businesses in the design and implementation of employee shareholding plan,according to the internal and external factors to improve the performance evaluation system,scientific setting unlock condition,reasonable pay equal attention to incentives and benefits,thus more fully play to the employee stock ownership plan incentive.
