Application Effect Evaluation Of The Compound Equity Incentive

This article reviews the related theory of domestic and foreign equity incentives,elaborates the positive and negative incentive effects of equity incentives and the general status of China’s implementation of compound equity incentives,and analyzes the four phases of the implementation of Walter’s nuclear materials in 2011-2014.The equity incentive program analyzes the incentive effect of Walnut’s compound equity incentive in four dimensions-market dimension,financial decision effectiveness dimension,business performance dimension,talent stability,and innovation dimension.It proposes new ideas and methods for the design and research of equity incentives for listed companies.The article,through the research on the Walnut nuclear compound stock option incentive plan,draws the following conclusions:(1)The overall performance of Walnut’s nuclear materials has been improved after the implementation of compound equity incentives,with obvious incentive effects and long-term incentives to meet the needs of the company’s long-term development.(2)After Walnut’s nuclear material implementation of compound equity incentives,the company’s talents are more stable and the innovation results are outstanding.The company pays more attention to talent cultivation and innovation.(3)The composite stock equity incentive design of Wohl nuclear material is reasonable,in line with the company’s nature and operating characteristics,combines the advantages of the two incentive tools,and strengthens the incentive and restraint;the vertical distribution of incentive objects in the company It is beneficial for the equity incentive mechanism to play an in-depth role.This article hopes to study the composite stock incentive effect of Shenzhen Woller Nuclear Material Co.,Ltd.On the one hand,as a typical case of a compound stock-based equity incentive plan,it will serve as a reference and reference for China’s listed companies to develop equity incentive plans;On the other hand,when stakeholders of listed companies use and evaluate the company’s operating conditions,they can provide reference for analysis and understanding.
