A Company Engineering Design Project Information Management Research

With the 19th CPC National Congress,China's informatization has entered a new era.However,China's petroleum engineering construction companies still rely on traditional methods in the management of design projects.Information can not be timely feedback,planning process arrangements can not be adjusted according to different projects in a timely manner.At the same time,companies in the project management can only achieve the communication of work tasks through various levels of reporting,resulting in project managers can not control the overall situation of the project,the project construction of various indicators is difficult to achieve,therefore,the internal project management information system Perfecting the work has become an urgent task.A company is specializing in petroleum engineering construction under a large oil group company in China.Its various problems in design projects are representative of the overall status of the industry.Therefore,this paper uses A petroleum engineering.The construction company conducts research for the research object.Combined with the actual situation of its past design projects,it analyzes its existing problems and causes.Planning and designing information-based upgrade plans and pointing out possible constraints in the implementation of information-based upgrades.Specifically,the paper first introduced the basic concepts of engineering design project information management,analyzed the current status and research results of the development of information systems at home and abroad,and elaborated the related theories in detail.Then,the current management and existing problems of the engineering design project of A company were studied,and the causes of these problems were analyzed theoretically;then,based on the above analysis,the feasibility,system objectives,and modules were respectively Planning,functional design and other aspects redesigned the information management of A company's engineering design project;finally,it pre-estimates the effect of information management implementation,analyzed some possible problems in implementation,and targeted Some preventive measures have been proposed.
