The dust,SO2,NOx from the industrial furnace are the main components of air pollutants,which cause serious air pollution problems.In order to reduce the emissions of dust,SO2 and NOx,flue gas control measures,such as dust removal,desulfurization and denitration are implemented,but normally De-SO2 and De-NOx equipments are operated separately.There are many problems of such process,for example,long process,large investment and high cost.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to research and develop the integrated desulfurization and denitration technology.Considering that wet flue gas desulphurization and dust removal technology is widely used in industry and has become mature,the thesis mainly focused on the process of flue gas denitration.Aimed at establishing the integration process of the wet flue gas desulfurization and denitrification by coupling oxidizing NO using ClO2 solution as the oxidant,this thesie experimentally studied several problems in the process of NO oxidation.The thesis carried out following work:?1?Hot flue gas denitrification experiment,and spray oxidation experiment using ClO2 in the Venturi rod tower;?2?Study on the volatile solution of ClO2 solution and the related affecting factors;?3?Study on ClO2 solution atomizing,spraying and oxidating of NO.The results show that spraying ClO2 solution in the Venturi rod tower and make it react with the flue gas,ClO2 solution oxidating NO has a feature of high efficiency and fast reaction rate,which can be observed.ClO2 concentration is the main factor influencing its oxidability,but the phenomenon of volatilization of ClO2 is serious during the oxidization procedure.During the study on ClO2 solution volatilization,ClO2volatilization rate has a quantitative relation with its concentration,temperature and bubbling gas flow.Based on the analysis of experimental data and the establishment of mathematical model,the quantitative relationship between volatilization rate and the above operation parameters is obtained.The air atomization nozzles were used to spray the high concentration ClO2 solution into the flue gas to react with the NO.The method of spray oxidation of ClO2 solution was put forward.The optimum chlorine and nitrogen ratio for NO oxidation was obtained by the ClO2 solution spray oxidation,and the influence of NO and SO2 mixed flue gas was also investigated.The research provides a basic experimental support for the establishment of ClO2 solution flue gas denitrification process.
