| The primary research area of this paper is the gas field of Kuqa-piedmont-region of Trim oil field,some gas wells have generated hydrate at the well head when they are working,which has a bad influence on gas well normal production,some gas wells are forced to shut down.First of all,the research status of the gas hydrate has been briefly stated in this paper.Then the effect of major factors and production factors to hydrate generation has been analyzed by using single variable method and sensitivity analysis method and the reason of hydrate generation of Kuqa-piedmont-region has been summarized by using analysis result.The downhole throttling technology has been chosen as a suitable method of hydrate prevention for Kuqa-piedmont-region by comparing the advantage and disadvantage of each hydrate prevention method.The principle and application in the domestic gas field of downhole throttling technology has been stated in this paper.Temperature and pressure distribution prediction model of wellbore,temperature and pressure drop model of downhole choke has been built.The process of downhole choke has been simulated by using CFD numerical simulation.Based on the mechanism of the downhole throttling technology,the simulation design process of PIPESIM has been determined.Then two production gas wells have been chosen as the examples to simulate the hydrate prevention of the gas well by using PIPESIM and get the simulation result.Downhole throttling technology can address the hydrate generation issue of Kuqa-piedmont-region’ gas well through simulation and analyzaiton.The simulation and design result of downhole choke by using PIPESIM is instructive and meaningful to field application. |
