As a potential raw material for the production of liquid fuels and chemicals in place of non-renewable petrochemical energy,biomass has received increasing attention from scientific researchers in recent years.The catalytic transformation of biomass-based platform molecules,such as 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(HMF),has become one of the focuses of research.In this dissertation,a series of studies have been conducted for selective hydrodeoxygenation of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(HMF)to2,5-dimethylfuran(DMF).The reaction catalyst for selective hydrodeoxygenation of5-hydroxymethylfurfural(HMF)to 2,5-dimethylfuran(DMF)is mainly divided into two aspects.On the one hand,we successfully achieved the use of g-C3N4 precursors such as melamine to prepare active Fe-N-C catalyst for the selective HDO of HMF to DMF.The DMF yield reached 85.7%at complete conversion of HMF.On the other hand,for non-metal N-C catalyst research,catalyst prepared by the pyrolysis of melamine on activated carbon at 700°C was demonstrated to be the most active catalyst.The yield of DMF was as high as 93.4%,and the stability of the catalyst was better.The effect of pyrolysis temperature,support,iron content,the types of g-C3N4 and iron precursors,and N/Fe ratio were explored thoroughly,and reaction parameters such reaction temperature and H2 pressure were also investigated.Based on the investigations,the reaction pathways for the HDO of HMF to DMF were proposed for the present catalyst system.Finally,the heterogeneous non-noble Fe catalyst and non-metal N-C catalysts characterized by XPS,XRD,BET,ICP-AES,TEM,and H2-TPR.
