| At present,more and more attention has been paid to the fire safety of campus experimental building.In recent years,high-efficiency laboratory accidents have occurred frequently.The "12.26" laboratory explosion accident of Beijing jiaotong university on December 26,2018 once again sounded the alarm for us.On February 20,2017,the ministry of education issued the notice on the general office of the ministry of education on further strengthening the safety inspection of teaching laboratories in colleges and universities.The purpose is to ensure the safe and stable operation of the efficient laboratory.It can be seen that fire safety has become the top priority in the comprehensive management of campus safety,which also brings great challenges to the fire emergency management of comprehensive laboratory buildings widely existing in domestic colleges and universities.There are various types of experiments in the comprehensive experimental building,and the fire protection requirements of all functional laboratories are different.Therefore,it is urgent to find an efficient fire emergency management method to solve the current problems.At present,the emerging BIM technology in the construction industry has the characteristics of excellent coordination,simulation and optimization,providing an effective way to solve this problem.This article first classified according to the characteristics of comprehensive lab building,according to "code for fire protection design of buildings" and "regulations on fire control safety of institutions of higher learning and other related specification,carding the fire protection requirements of the functional laboratory,according to the status quo analysis is common integrated lab building fire control facilities maintenance and management is not clear when the crisis occurs,the escape evacuation difficulty increase,such as fire hazard.Then use BIM technology,first,in Revit software to build fire shutter door,fire water tank,fire extinguisher and other fire equipment family library;Secondly,the overall framework of the fire emergency management system is constructed based on BIM technology,and an information integrated database is established to realize the mutual information exchange between the database and the BIM model.The IFC based facility management database is established to realize the data integration and sharing,and the fire emergency management system based on BIM technology is established.Through the establishment of the fire management system to achieve the information management of fire equipment in the experimental building and the experimental building fire rescue and escape.In addition,based on the comprehensive experimental teaching building of dalian ocean university as an example,the BIM model was established based on Revit modeling software,the BIM technology applied to the comprehensive lab building fire emergency management is analyzed,the construction component,dangerous drugs,fire control facilities,such as information integration database,through the establishment of database based on the IFC facilities management to realize data integration and sharing,realize information management of comprehensive experiment teaching building fire control facilities,for the chemical hazards prevention and control.In the process of emergency escape,the BIM model data is used to analyze the best escape route,and the 3D roaming technology of BIM is used to simulate the escape route and carry out fire protection to improve the escape probability.Through the use of BIM technology for the information management of the comprehensive experimental building,effectively make up for the comprehensive experimental teaching building in the fire emergency management deficiencies.To ensure the safety of teachers and students in the laboratory building,improve the management efficiency. |
