| In recent years,the scale and area of laboratories in universities,enterprises,institutions and scientific research institutes have increased significantly,and security risks are increasing day by day.Therefore,it is of great significance to seek new fire fighting methods and improve the initial fire fighting ability.In this thesis,the combustion laws of different fuels are analyzed,and the technical parameters of dry powder injection are optimized by numerical simulation and orthogonal analysis.Combined with the design method of pipe network dry powder injection system,the technical parameters of the robot extinguishing mechanism were designed,and the effect was evaluated by the real fire extinguishing test of the developed prototype.The research contents are as follows:(1)Analysis of laboratory typical fuel combustion laws.Based on the Pyro Sim,establishing the combustion model of two kinds of fuels in the laboratory and carry out numerical simulation research.Analyzing the variation laws of combustion temperature,heat release rate,flue gas layer height and CO2 concentration of different fuels under the same conditions.(2)Optimal design of spray parameters for dry powder fire extinguishing.Selecting influencing factors of dry powder fire extinguishing,design the L9(34)orthogonal experiment simulation with 3 factors and 3 levels of injection flow rate,injection point height and opening time,take the temperature weakening rate as the criterion for judging the effect.Finally,the maximum level of temperature weakening rate under each factor is determined,which is used as a data reference for the robot dry powder spraying mechanism.(3)Optimal design and experimental verification of the technical parameters of the robot’s fire-extinguishing mechanism.Referring to the design specification of dry powder fire extinguishing system,based on the selected optimal parameters and the assumption of indoor high and low fire scenarios,the configuration of the robot fire extinguisher and the size and Angle range of upper and lower spray rods are designed,and adjusted according to the actual situation.Finally,put forward requirements for robot sensors and software functions,design fire extinguishing experiments,and verify the fire extinguishing reliability of the robot. |
