Along with the continuous deepening of economic globalization,China has become a major component of the world economy.Its economic strength has advanced by leaps and bounds in recent decades,its comprehensive strength has been continuously strengthened,and its international status has been continuously improved.Due to the deepening of industrialization,China's demand for energy is growing,and Mongolia is a neighboring country of China.Mongolia's mineral energy resources are very rich.In recent years,Chinese companies have gone to Mongolia to invest for more and more energy,The energy cooperation between the two continues to deepen.However,due to history and geographical factors,as well as the cultural differences between China and Mongolia,there are many cultural risks in the investment process,such as language,habits,communication methods and so on.How to solve cultural conflicts caused by cultural differences has become an important problem to be solved.This thesis takes the Tamtsag project of Daqing as the research object.It mainly uses case analysis,first it introduces the cultural management phenomenon that appears in the Tamtsag project,and then raises the cultural risk problems appearing in the Tamtsag project by the phenomenon,and then analyzes the cultural risk problems that occur in detail.This thesis gets the following conclusions:(1)Seven cultural risks that arise in the Tamtsag project of Daqing Oilfield: Racial superiority risk,communication risk,organizational risk,taboo risk,perceptual cognitive risk,business practice risk,and management risk..(2)Seven reasons of cultural risk problems: the cognitive differences between China and Mongolia,the Crisis Consciousness in Mongolian Culture,the negative influence of Chinese nationalism,the negative influence of Mongolian nationalism,the lack of understanding of cultural differences among project members,the insufficient language skills project team members and the company's arrogance to the staff's language ability and cultural awareness training.Finally,according to the conclusion,the countermeasures for the cultural risk of Chinese enterprises were found out.
