With the rapid development of economy and cultural progress,recreational facilities are more and more favored by the people.While the entertainment facilities are popular,their safety performance is also paid attention to by the state.According to the requirements of GB8408-2018《Amusement device safety code》,the safety performance data of traditional hand-calculated roller coaster has been far from meeting the national standard.Roller coaster speed and acceleration of the size of the important function of the human heart will have a relative impact,if not meet the national standards for its requirements,will cause irreversible damage to people.Taking the monorail roller coaster newly developed and designed by a domestic company as an example,this paper USES SolidWorks software for simplified modeling,and ADAMS software for kinematics and dynamics analysis and calculation of monorail roller coaster,and evaluates the calculation results.In this paper the analysis of the roller coaster research has the following four parts:(1)Firstly,the track height and curve of the new roller coaster are analyzed and studied carefully.The track is scanned and modeled in SolidWorks.The coordinate data of the track is obtained through finite element analysis based on ANSYS software.The feasibility and correctness of coordinate data are proved by ADAMS simulation analysis.(2)Based on the physical structure and actual working conditions of the roller coaster,the roller coaster is simplified with the main performance parameters unchanged.(3)According to the actual work of the roller coaster,relevant data in ADAMS software were adjusted to ensure that the simulated motion in the software was consistent with the actual situation.This paper presents nine calculation conditions,including wind and no wind experiment,and then describes the speed and acceleration of roller coaster in detail in each condition.(4)Dynamic analysis was carried out on the roller coaster to obtain the load of important components,which provided data support for the structural strength analysis and fatigue analysis in the future.Through the above analysis and research,this paper has certain reference value for the future research and design of roller coaster,and provides a guarantee for the safety and reliability of roller coaster.
