The effects of fibers with different elastic modulus on fluidity and mechanical properties of high performance concrete are different.In order to ensure the mechanical properties while minimizing negative influence of fiber on liquidity of high performance concrete,promoting the application of high performance fiber reinforced concrete.Through studying the effect of fibers mixed in different ways on fluidity and mechanical properties of high performance concrete,find the best mixing way to different fibers.The steel fiber is selected as the high modulus fiber,and the basalt fiber is used as the low elastic modulus fiber.The different contents of two kinds of fibers are mixed in different ways into high performance concrete,combined with the science and technology project of Henan Provincial Department of transportation(2016Y2-1),the main research contents are as follows:(1)With the slump,expansion and strength as the index,the C50 high performance concrete was prepared by consulting the literature,calculation and adjustment;(2)The effects of steel fiber incorporation on the mechanical properties and fluidity of concrete are investigated through 12 groups of orthogonal experiments.Three kinds of fiber mixing methods were selected,and the fluidity,compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete under different mixing ways and dosage were measured;(3)Taking concrete pulp ratio,sand rate and fiber content as parameters,15 groups of experiments were carried out to study the influence of Xuan Wuyan fiber on concrete fluidity and mechanical properties under different parameters,and determine the best way of adding basalt fiber;(4)After testing the field materials,combined with the preparation of the laboratory,the mix proportion of the construction site is rectify,and the steel fiber and basalt fiber are added to the key parts of the concrete,so as to enhance the toughness of the concrete.And the construction situation is recorded in detail.
