The construction of C-C bond is one of the most basic types of reactions in organic synthesis. And the participation of alkyl radicals in the construction of C-C bonds is a hot topic in recent years.Which can be introduced the valuable alkyl fragments efficiently in this way. This thesis will focus on methods for efficiently forming alkane radicals and constructing C-C bonds, including cleaving C(sp~3)-H bonds to generate alkyl radicals, and by cutting C-C bonds,carbon-hetero bonds, etc.Which can achieve cascade cyclization, addition and intermolecular coupling reactions. This thesis is mainly divided into four aspects in the following:1.The method of producing alkyl radicals and the forming of C-C bonds in recent years are reviewed, which includes the cleavage of C(sp~3)-H bonds of alkylnitrile and other alkane compounds to efficiently construct C-C bonds. In addition, the formation of C-C bonds by the alkane radicals that via cleaving C-C bonds and carbon-hetero bonds is also involved.2.The cyclization addition reaction of alkyl nitrite with o-cyanoaryl acrylamide under the metal-free was studied. And the reaction provides new facile and straightforward access to cyano-substituted pyrrolo[3,2-c]-quinolines,which includes the high atom economy and good functional group tolerance.3.The study on the methylation/cyclization of ortho-cyanoarylacrylamides with dicumyl peroxide. The reaction can efficiently construct a methyl-substituted quinoline-2,4-dione compound, which include high yield and good substrate scope.4.With the study of reaction that construction of quinoline-2,4-dione compounds by the free radical addition/cyclization cascade, and the magnesium nitrate hexahydrate compound as a source of nitro radicals. This reaction exhibits a highly efficient and practical access to nitro-containing quinoline-2,4(1H,3H)-diones.
