Transparent electrodes are widely used in displays,solar cells,organic light-emitting devices and other fields.In recent years,with the development of flexible technology,the traditional transparent electrodes material-Indium tin oxide(ITO)can not meet the development of flexible electronic devices because of its brittleness.Silver nanowires(AgNWs)flexible transparent electrodes have the same electrical and optical properties as ITO and excellent mechanical flexibility,so they are considered as the most likely new flexible electrodes materials to replace ITO.However,in the long-term use process,AgNWs are vulnerable to various factors such as temperature,illumination,humidity,environmental atmosphere,and then cause the degradation of performance,thus affecting the comprehensive performance of its application devices.Graphene oxide(GO),as a new two-dimensional sheet materials,has great potential in improving the stability of AgNWs flexible transparent electrodes.Based on this,this paper mainly focuses on the stability of AgNWs flexible transparent electrodes:(1)AgNWs flexible transparent electrodes were fabricated on polyethylene terephthalate(PET)and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)substrates by vacuum filtration and substrate transferring.The surface morphology,square resistance,transmittance,mechanical flexibility and the adhesion between silver nanowires and substrates were characterized and compared.And the reasons for the differences in performance are analyzed.(2)Aiming at the stability of AgNWs flexible transparent electrodes,based on the fact of the self-factors of AgNWs flexible transparent electrodes,the effects of substrate materials and surface density of silver nanowires on the thermal stability,light stability,humidity stability and atmospheric environment stability of AgNWs flexible transparent electrodes were investigated.It was found that the stability of AgNWs flexible transparent electrodes based on PVA was better than that of AgNWs flexible transparent electrodes based on PET.It was also found that the stability of AgNWs flexible transparent electrodes increased with the increase of surface density.(3)The surface of AgNWs flexible transparent electrode was modified with GO to improve the stability of AgNWs flexible transparent electrodes.Firstly,AgNWs flexible transparent electrodes with GO superficial modification was prepared and its performance was characterized.Next,the effects of temperature,humidity,light irradiation and atmosphere on the stability of AgNWs flexible transparent electrodes with GO superficial modification were investigated.and compared with that of AgNWs flexiblet ransparent electrodes.The effect of the GO surface modified layer on the stability of AgNWs flexible transparent electrodes was analyzed.It was found that GO modified layer improved the stability of AgNWs flexible transparent electrode to some extent.
