Research On Pressure Comfort Of Postpartum Waist-nipper Based On Skin Blood Flow

Postpartum female appearance is not conducive to women's physical and mental health.In the face of the unsolvable paunch and figure deviation,women will actively seek the postpartum waist-nipper to recovery their body earlier to achieve the harmonious unity of inner beauty and external beauty.The pressure of the postpartum waist-nipper is too low to change shape.But the excessive pressure can cause dyspnea and blood flow obstruction,which does great damage to health.This paper studies the pressure comfort of postpartum waist-nipper based on physiological index of skin blood flow.Firstly,this paper investigates the postpartum women's consumption needs and preferences,and the comfort problems existing in the process of wearing the postpartum waist-nipper by means of a questionnaire,which shows that the postpartum women are fond of the postpartum waist-nipper in unidirectional extension type,light color and cotton fabric with good moisture permeability and air permeability.Secondly,62 women's body size data are collected within 6 months after delivery,and divided into three types: thin body,standard body and fat body.By comparing the changes of human body size data before and after wearing postpartum waist-nipper,this paper explores that the postpartum waist-nipper has a significant effect on the changes of human body shape.The effect of postpartum waist-nipper on the the three types of human body is not consistent.According to the obvious degree of the effect in waist width,the order is as follows: standard body type > fat body type > thin body type.According to the obvious degree of effect in abdominal depth,the order is as follows: fat body > standard body > thin body.Thirdly,15 subjects from the standard body nearest to the center of the standard are selected to participate in the pressure measurement experiment to explore the pressure changes in different bonding positions and different positions.After that,the comfortable pressure range can be obtained by combining subjective and objective measurements.There is a certain difference between the objective dress pressure and the subjective pressure feeling,and the reason for the difference is that the pressure bearing capacity and sensitivity of different parts of the human body are not the same.Fourthly,5 subjects closest to the center of the standard body are selected to participate in the blood flow measurement experiment.This paper finds that the skin temperature and the skin blood flow decrease when the pressure is higher than3.91 kpa,and the skin temperature and skin blood flow gradually increase within3.91 kpa,which indicates that excessive dress pressure can block blood circulation.When the 3.45 kpa is exceeded,both the skin temperature increment and the skin blood flow increment decreases,which states that the dressing pressure in a certain range can promote blood circulation.There is a close relationship between skin temperature and skin blood flow obviously.To a certain extent,the change of skin temperature can reflect the change of skin blood flow on the side,and calculate the change amount of skin blood flow under the comfortable range of pressure.Finally,according to the basis of the previous study,this paper improves the design and manufacture of the postpartum waist-nipper.And subjective evaluation and physiological experiments together verify the rationality of the improvement.The above research is advantageous for enterprises to understand the demand and preference of consumers for postpartum waist-nipper,and to provide reasonable advice for making and selling.It is also helpful for wearer and enterprises to understand postpartum waist-nipper correctly.It also provides a physiological basis for the design and manufacture of the postpartum waist-nipper,and favors to expand the consumption market of the waist-nipper and underwear.
