Research On The Pressure Comfort Of Elastic Waist Of Trousers

This article has studied the comfort of pressure in elastic waist of trousers.Firstly,on the basis of the investigation of the elastic band products on the clothing accessories market,14 kinds of elastic band commonly used as waist of trouers were selected,and their extension performance and elasticity were tested and analyzed.It was found that the elasticity of these elastic bands is within the scope of excellent products,according to the FZ/T63006-2010"elastic band"standard.Using the system clustering method of SPSS software,the stretch performance of these elastic bands can be divided into 4 clusters.Secondly,the elastic waist trousers adopt a two-section structure of elastic waist and trousers body,and they are combined into a complete trousers through Velcro.Trousers body is made of a medium-thick fabric and elastic waists are made of 14 kinds of elastic band with the net length of50cm,52cm,...and 70cm a total of 11 sizes and a net length of 105cm fabric.A total of 154 waist With trousers can be combined into 154 practical elastic waist trousers for carrying out the experiment.Thirdly,10 young females with a waist circumference of 66-70cm were selected as the subjects to perform the wearing test.The 154 elastic waist trousers were worn to subjectively evaluate the pressure comfort and oppression of the waist of tousers.The subjective evaluation scale divides pressure comfort and overall pressure into 5 levels.The pressure comfort level is the5th level,the 1st level is the worst,the overall pressure feeling is 1st best,and the 5th is the worst.Through the analysis of the results of the wearing test,it was found that the spandex elastic band with high spandex content can make it easier for the pressure comfort of the elastic waist of tousers to be more comfortable and above,and the amount can be reduced by about 10.71%compared to the amount of latex elastic band.There is a strong negative correlation between the elastic band size of the elastic waist of tousers and the pressure feeling evaluation level of the waist of tousers.There was no strong loose correlation between the pressure comfort and pressure feeling of the elastic waist of tousers.Fourthly,10 subjects wore 52 elastic waist trousers,respectively,to take natural standing,bending,squatting,natural sitting in 4 kinds of postures,before the midpoint of the waist M,waist point O,midpoint of the front waist The middle point of the line connecting with the waist point n,which is the measurement point,measures the clothing pressure of the waist of tousers.Through the paired sample test on the test results,it was found that in the natural standing,bending,squatting,and natural sitting postures,the garment pressure of the waist of tousers is the greatest when the kneeling is performed.By correlating the subjective evaluation results of the compression feeling of the elastic waist of tousers with the measurement results of the clothing pressure,it was found that the most relevant factor in the pressure feeling of the elastic waist of tousers is the clothing pressure of the waist point at the time of natural standing.Through regression analysis,the evaluation rating of the elastic feeling of the elastic waist of tousers is Y,and the clothing pressure of the waist point when standing naturally is X,and the regression equation is Y=2.54-4.74*X+3.79*X~2-0.64X~3,R~2=0.968.When the pressure of the garment in a part of the elastic waist of tousers is less than 0.79 kPa,looseness is likely to occur.The most comfortable elastic belt waist,pressure comfort,general elastic waist and pressure comfort is very poor elastic waist waist standing point when the natural clothing pressure is1.38kPa,1.91kPa and 2.64kPa.The regression analysis is performed on the result of the garment pressure measurement of the elastic waist of tousers and the tension measurement of the elastic waist corresponding to the elastic waist,and the pressure of the garment at the waist point is?when standing naturally,and the elongation corresponding to the size of the elastic waist of tousers in the waist of tousers.The pull force is X and the regression equation is Y=0.45+0.94-0.22X~2+0.03X~3 and R~2=0.948.
