Isostatic graphite is a new type of graphite material developed in 1960 s.It has been widely used in the fields of photovoltaic,EDM,metallurgy,new nuclear power and so on.As one of the isostatic pressing graphite producers in China,TS company has made certain contributions to the development and production of home-made isostatic graphite.The rapid rise of the global photovoltaic industry has broken the original balance of supply and demand in the isostatic graphite market,prompting the expansion of capacity to meet the demand of the photovoltaic market,the global photovoltaic industry is experiencing serious overcapacity crisis,and the industry of isostatic graphite industry also has more new capacity.In recent years,as China has introduced a series of stimulus policies,the photovoltaic industry has been gradually warming up,and the demand for isostatic graphite has been increasing gradually.This series of changes has brought new historical development opportunities to TS company.At the same time,there are some problems in the long-term development of TS company.So how to make TS company solve problems,seize opportunities,so that the company can better cope with competition? There is only one answer,that is,to conduct in-depth analysis of TS company’s marketing strategy,in view of its existing problems,put forward corresponding solutions.This thesis is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which analyzes the research background,purpose and significance of the research,as well as the research train of thought,research contents and research methods.The second chapter is the introduction of TS company,which mainly introduces the current development and product level of TS company.The third chapter is the marketing environment analysis of TS company.From two aspects of the external environment and internal conditions,the external political and legal environment,the economic environment,the social culture environment,the technical environment,the industry competitive environment and the internal production capacity,the financial ability,the organizational ability and the marketing ability are analyzed from the external environment and the internal conditions,and the TS is used in SWOT.It analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of TS company,and makes strategic choices according to the current development of the company.The fourth chapter is TS company STP analysis,from the development strategy selected by TS company,combined with the actual situation of the company,the market segmentation,target market selection and market positioning of TS company are analyzed.The fifth chapter is the marketing strategy analysis of TS company.It analyzes the current situation and existing problems of TS company’s product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy and promotion strategy,and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures.The sixth chapter is the implementation safeguard measures of TS company’s marketing strategy,and puts forward three guarantee measures: organization system,enterprise culture construction and human resources.
